Property Ratings at Camden Crest
A one bedroom, one bathroom Apt. In the San Fernando Valley. It's an ok area but the apartment is older an not very well renovated which is considered a Low Rent dwelling which luckily we pay rent control monthly, but is not worth it when new occupants move in an they up the rent an mask apt. With new paint an rug. I would really love to move to a nicer area an better Apt. , but rents are so expensive for this single mom who struggles to keep afloat with rent an bills, maybe I'll have some luck here if I'm one of the chosen winners, then I can thank my lucky stars. Cheers!
