I been without a kitchen light for 2 months now they don’t seem to care and this whole apartment is infested with Cockroaches I will never come here again and I hope nobody comes to this apartment
I’ve lived her for 2 yrs now and I’ve seen a lot of change. First off the apts are remodeled and nice. However poorly redone. In some areas the floor is lifting and the floor shakes. So when my kids run a little my entertainment center is shaking like an earthquake. I love my apt location, very quite and shady. The gym is always clean and now that the club house is open it’s really nice. Pool is dirty durning the summer. Garbage cans are ALWAYS over flowing, such an ugly look. Dog poop all over the grass, kids can’t play on it. Staff is a hit and miss. There’s someone new every week that isn’t trained properly. Oh and the apt gate is very annoying. They installed it weirdly. You literally have to pull 1 inch away from the gate for it to open. Car almost touching the gate! When your coming in, you have to open your window and point to the box. Ugh! So inconvenient. Definitely moving out once my lease is up.
I am currently renting and the remodel is very nice. The location is great for commuting and so far there isn't much noise or outside foot traffic other than the occasional dumpster diver or transient trying to use the laundry facility. This property was not my first choice to live in however, I settled for it because of the washer and dryer in the unit. They charge you more because of the washer and dryer but, you cannot even wash a full load. It also takes about 4 hours for one small load. The machine washes and then dries your clothes in the same cycle and its hell if you need to do several loads it will take you 2-3 days to do laundry. Although they have laundry units on the property they are not the cleanest and some of the machines are broken. Another thing that bothers me is the floors. I am in an upstairs unit and the floors are very shaky. It feels as if you can fall through. Its a very odd defect and I think the floors were installed cheaply or possibly wrong. You can feel every vibration and step you take. The smallest step sounds incredibly loud and is shaky. Another thing that is not advertised very well is the fact that the place is a non-smoking residence I do not smoke cigarettes but, suffer from anxiety and occasionally use cannabis. I would have not rented here at all if I knew that. I did not do my homework and the non-smoking was not mentioned until the day I signed my lease. Now I am forced to walk to the front of the complex or drive and stand in the front and smoke, I see many other people who do it and it looks tacky. I honestly wish they had a designated smoking area on the grounds. I would rather smoke in private and not right out front for everyone who passes by to see. I am sure many other people would appreciate it as well. The last thing is the dumpster areas are very un-kept. I blame some of the renters because they simply do not properly dispose of their trash. It piles up and people drop trash all over. I know many apartments suffer from this issue but the maintenance takes a while to clean the area and you are forced to look it at it daily or even smell the areas. The dumpsters can defiantly use a good power washing and daily spruce up. Overall my apartment is very cute but, there were a lot of things I would have looked into before I signed my lease.
This complex raises there rent a lot and often, it dosen't matter if you have been there a long time. My second summer without a pool here at Camden Parc, they will say there remodeling, but for 2 years. Cold in the winter hot in summer. My apartment and my neighbors apt. Tested positive for mold coming through the air and heat vents. The management seems concerned for a second, then there true colors come out. I have had symptoms for a long time, it's unfortunate I just found recently what was causing it. As of now I am not happy with what Camden Parc has offered to do.
Very rude and cold hearted manager " joy " treats people like there low class, and very short with them ..... lots and lots of people have to move because of the renovation going on there and the prices are rising alot higher so most of the people that have been good tenets can't come back, and there doing the same thing to other complex in Vacaville like round oak village which is now woodcrest..... and they think there helping people, all there doing is helping there self and making many many people trying to find a place to live....... there very very unorganized and rude management.......
We loved the apartments when we moved in. And we were excited about the remodel. But it has been a crazy un organized and unprofessional mess... There's never any peace. Construction workers are everywhere blasting music, singing, screaming, cussing, dropping nails and screws of various lengths and sizes EVERY WHERE, to get stuck in your tires or shoes.. If they have to come in your apartment nothing changes. They walk around in their work boots and plug in their equipment to your outlets and use YOUR electricity. While bringing everything they have stepped in into your bedroom. But let just start with the basics of what you won't get if you move in in the next 2-4 months. A patio with outside storage, though it's listed online they are all ripped off, and have only been replaced to a few apartments. So you are blocked from your "outside storage" by a huge board. Next a pool and spa and gym.... I couldn't even believe it when I read it on the site. The pool apparently hasn't been opened in years. And there is no spa or gym... So I have no idea why that's listed. The most annoying thing has to be the disgusting laundry facility. I washed my laundry in there one time. And they came out smelling like a gym bag. And I've never put my bedding in a gym bag... I had to take it to a laundromat and wash it twice to get the smell out. There is really no guest parking as every single spot is taken by construction stuff or giant trash containers or just random trailers. And there are no basket ball or tennis courts, these are construction parking. I didn't even know they were there until someone told me. If you go to the office Joy is usually sort of helpful, but for the most part avoids the concern and tells you something to end the conversation and nothing changes, so I don't even recommend it. Please understand that I have not lived here long. And I am not an old tenant that was or is being kicked out. This is not an angry rant. This is an every day thing. I don't recommend any one move in until after the construction, sometime next year... Then you can pay the insanely high rent and maybe enjoy some type of quiet... Oh and they are not smoke free. I smell weed along with cigarette smoke every time I go outside. And remember, there's no patios. So it happens inside.
I've been here since January and this is a great place to raise your family. The staff is great (Joy and Coellete) my apartment is amazing everything is new inside. I'm a commuter and it's a great commute right by the freeway and close to shopping centers. I wouldn't change anything because it's perfect the rent is very reasonable. I would recommend this place and you will make a good decision by choosing it. They only thing I would say is to hurry before the rent goes up because it's too good to be true
THEY'RE MAKING EVERYONE MOVE SO THEY CAN GUT THE APARTMENTS.
I,ve been renting here for over 10 years. and I really love the size of the apartment. But they recently sold the apartments and now Ithought praise the Lord there going to finally fix this place up only to find out that me and my granddaughter and others on section 8 have been displaced. And theres such along waiting list 6months to a year. so maybe your a answerd prayer.

New people took over the apts in turn for the worse cant get no worse than this raising rent n kicken people out
