The 1914 mansion was home of the first company bottler, Joseph Biedenharn, and includes a gorgeous garden oasis and brand memorabilia from the Biedenharn family. Landry Vineyard is also a fun place to visit in town. They produce a variety of wines, pair them with cheese, and host outdoor concerts.

Property Ratings at Camellia Apartments
Our manager is very sweet and gets everything in order asap. Sometimes it takes a few days as items must be ordered and delivered. One draw back is there is no W/D hook up but they DO provide laundry facilities. I give NOTHING a five star rating as there is always places for improvement. It is the same here. However maintenance repairs everything in a timely manner and on a priority schedule meaning a broken stove comes before a burned out light bulb. You call and leave a voicemail. Pets are welcome but limited to no more than 2 with size limits with very few exceptions. The rent includes apartment, water, and pest control. You pay electric.Please don't assume every person is telling it straight. You need to come check us out today. Have a wonderful day and choose Camellia Apts,
Have lived here going on 3 years. Saw a review about the dogs running loose. Know that this family NO LONGER lives here as they refused to control that dog and never walked the dog on a leash. The Corporation refused to renew the family's lease due to not following the pet control rules. Also they did not clean up after the dogs. They had two dogs. All families are allowed 2 WORKING vehicles. Visitors are to register their vehicles in the office and not park in spaces. There are 100 units in the complex. You know with that many places there are times things will get behind but the maintenance crew gets to the worst first and the the other items needed to be fixed. Sometimes emergencies do happen. They are addressed first. Come by and talk to the manager and maintenance crew. They will show you apartments that are available.
Have a dog allowed to run free. Management does nothing. A neighbor has been bitten 2x and is charged by this dog every time they go outside. I'll sue if bitten even once.
I hate living here. When something is broken, it takes over a month to get maintenance to fix it. My sink overflowed three or four times ruin everything and it took about 3 months to get it fixed. The first chance I get I am leaving this place.
I have lived here for a year. And it is sooo slummy. Trash everywhere, children taking the parking lot as their playground. Hitting your vehicles with footballs, sticks and other things. Parking is first come first serve. The tenants visitors and others take your parking. Not the best place to stay... Keep looking. I know I am.
I live in the Camellia Trace apartments in West Monroe Louisiana. I have lived here.since April of 2015. The landlord is always available 24/7. She luves in the apartment complex and is always on call. she also does a drawing every month. if you pay your rent before or on the due date you are puy in a drawing for half off rent for the next month. the maintenance is amazing and fast.
