I have lived here for almost 10 years. This past year has been great they have upgraded the units. Painted the buildings, so much new stuff going on here. Property manager and they hired a year ago are just terrific. They both go above and beyond to help everyone here. Sincerly, Geraldine
Just renewed our lease for a second year, and absolutely love living here! Very quiet neighborhood and we want to keep it that way! Nothing but great things to say about the property management as they have always been there for help ,with anything we've needed!
I moved in after ten years at my last apartment. I didn't realize how much I grew tired of hearing my neighbors slam doors, talking loudly, facing the garbage bins - I chose Camellia Court's for the location and it really is pretty with all the trees surrounding the apqrtments. It's very quiet - even on the weekend. I rarely see anyone out and the laundry room is clean! But my favorite thing is I NEVER hear my neighbor. I cannot hear my neighbors through the walls nor any slamming doors i love the little yard I have and my patio. I am across the street from Publix, Walgreens, the gym - I really don't use my car during my days off. I think this little community has to be strict due to other apartment places that grew out of control - so to come here it's very peaceful.
The apartment manager Pam and her second in command, the maintence man Bill, had been the most unprofessional duo I’ve ever had the displeasure of interacting with. They constantly snoop around, gossip, and glare at leaving and returning tenants, they both leave work early, and have the tendency to leave passive aggressive notes on tenants doors, frequently. The entire complex seems to always be behind on maintence, for example the laundry door that has been busted for over half a year, but at the same time you can catch Bill and Pam standing around having conversation with tenants. When alerted to issues the first reaction is either to sweep it under the rug for them or just insists that it is not an issue at all. I would never recommend anyone live in this complex unless you don’t mind dealing with issues you may have in your unit on your own because seeking help from them is not going to be an option. That’s not even the end of it all, the garbage and recycle is constantly filled leaving you to deal with your trash and plastics on your own or allow it to pile up at your unit causing bugs or smells. The other tenants seem not to care, like the one unit that actual started on fire because some one left their stove on. The entire place is a disaster, dont be fooled by their facade. The maintence man likes to fix things but never actual fix them he just rigs it up to work for the moment and walks away basically just setting a breaking time bomb for the next victim. Completely unsafe and unprofessional, when asked for corporate office phone numbers you’ll be escorted out of the managers office. This place is ridiculous DO NOT RENT PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF!!
This place is the worst place to ever move they are always sticking notices on the door for apartment inspections every other month it's where they come into your apartment and nose around to see what you are doing in your home and they will even do it even if your not home they don't care they think they can do what ever they want and the maintenance guy is a nightmare to deal with he is rude doesn't know how to fix thing's all he does is stands around all day getting into peoples business
Worst place you ever can find. It's been over week after hurricane Irma and apartments property still looks like a garbage. They didn't do even basic cleaning. Lady who runs leasing office unprofessional. No respect to residents.

Overall this is a good apartment complex. Other then the unwanted cats. And the new land lady not being in the office when you need her, it's a safe and quite place to leave.
The management sucks horrible. My roof is leaking and they refuse to fix the problem. The mantience guy does not work at all, the security lights are always out. I have a service dog and I am afraid to walk her at night cause I can not see.
