If you don't mind not sleeping at night because the floor is so thin you can hear your neighbor peeing, walking, moving chairs, having sex, watching tv,… The manager will not answer your emails, will not solve any problems, it will be extremely rude to you. For the new renters, good luck, you will need!!!
My wife's car and my car just got our catalytic converters stolen from the parking lot in plain view of my window. This must have been a the wee hours of the night on 10/24 /2021. Management has got to install security cameras throughout the complex in an effort to deter theives. I have lost my sense of security now and now live in fear of this happening again to us and our neighbors.
If you like, paper thin walls, dog crap, cigarette butts, unprofessional staff , high rental fees, sewer fees, water fees.... This is the place for you!!!!! I know, I have lived here for six years...... For six years I have been asking for a shrub to be replaced ... for six years I have been given excuse, after excuse ...Still waiting... in the meantime, I have men, women n children at my patio letting their dogs crap there... Camelot knows about all theses issues.... Camelot at Cinnaminson does not deserve a 5 star rating... must be the staff writing th reviews...People move in and constantly ! You have been advised !
The only thing "luxurious" about this place is the rent price. My husband and I are in our second year here and we regret ever re-signing our lease. We have a pyro on the first floor and find narcotic bags on our walk to the car. When you write the front office requesting to speak about ending your lease because you fear for your safety (we live on the third floor), they DO NOT EVEN RESPOND. There have also been mystery chemical smells in the shared hallway. When we contacted maintenance, again, we did not get a response. I then wrote to management regarding the smell, it was acknowledged, but then again- no response as to the source. It smelled like acetone which is concerning.... Additionally, maintenance does not respond to requests through their portal in a timely manner (if at all). We had a laundry list of items that needed to be corrected. Surprise, surprise- they didn't get fixed until we said we were not going to re-sign a lease. On top of all of those issues, neighbors constantly putt their smelly garbage bags in the shared hallways (often overnight), there have been many car break-ins lately (enough to prompt an email from management), and our neighbors smoke in their apartment which we can smell in our master bath. So many more issues, but this is getting long enough. If you were ever thinking of moving here, please reconsider.
Have lived here for almost 2 years. Very unprofessional staff and grounds are not well maintained. For the price you could do much better. Parking is HORRIBLE.
well I have been reading some of the reviews on here and man I tell you some of the people just like to put this place under the bus and its not what they make it to be. I have lived there for two years and haven't had a problem one bit I mean maintenance was a little backed up for awhile but that's because of the snow but some people just don't care and want there stuff done first it takes time if they would have put the snow off and someone would of fell it would of been more. there was only two maintenance people for awhile but now there is three and they rock and roll I seen them every where in the buildings non stop. AND THE DOG PROBLEM PLEASE PEOPLE PICK UP AFTER YOUR SELF AND YOUR DOG CAUSE YOU PEOPLE COMPLAING ARE PROB THE PEOPLE LETTING YOUR DOG GO EVERYWHERE.EVERYONE COME PLAINS ABOUT THE TRASH WELL HERES A LITTLE SOMETHING FOR YOU TELL YOUR KIDS TO STOP TRASHING WHERE THEY LIVE. Overall I would spend the rest of my life here. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MAINTEANCE DONT WORRY ABOUT WHAT THESE PEOPLE SAY YOU GUYS ARE DOING GOOD.
Overpriced for the quality of the neighborhood and staff. You can hear everything from the apartment above. Snow removal only got a little better after the 3rd snow storm, still have to walk through 2ft of plow hills of snow to get to my car since they did not shovel paths.
This is a planned community of town homes and luxury apartments. The apsrtment was my choice of residence. The ceilings are high, real wood floors in the 'great room', tons of light, cute balcony, cherry wood kitchen cabinets, high end appliances, Berber carpet in bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, tons if closet space and simply elegant floor plans. My only negative is that since the ceilings are tall, the exterior shared stairs are a hike. I chose the third floor and am hoping the aerobic workout improves the climb experience over time. Pet friendly, reasonable pet monthly rate and security deposit. Even the furry babies ate happy here. In plan to live here a very very long time. I highly recommend it here and rumor us that a small marina is in the plans here too! Oh, I forgot. Great gym and pool for tenants! Come by and I know you'll choose this location as home! Welcome!
