Where do I begin, 1st off don't believe the advertised cost, My wife and I rented online because we lived in Tennessee and relocated here for family medical problems. They are under a new management company and things are bad. The 2br townhouse we rented is like the original 1970's the cabinets are old and worn and they will cut you from the hardware that is used. The toilets must be the original ones because they are almost worthless. In the last 2 months we received 4 electricity bills costing in excess of 500.00. When I complained they told me that the other management co was under billing us and they needed to recoup that money. The appliances are old and barely work, the counter tops are seperating from the wood, I imagine original 1970's countertop. The lady at the office is rude, the flooring is vinyl and seperating all over the floor. Please beware before renting here prices are more than double what they are worth. I can't wait to get out of here and move back to Tennessee. This month Feb 2022 electric bill is more than double any other month since we have been here, more than a year

Rent is affordable, I get to have my pets. The pool is nice during the summer. I don’t have to worry about bugs because the exterminators that they have come in monthly do an awesome job and not once have I had to deal with any bug problems inside or outside. Maintenance people are great always very nice and always try their best to fix the problem that you have. The manager is awesome she’s sweet she’s nice and very understanding especially when you are honest with her. If you are a person looking for this apartment complex and you work a night shift try and get an upstairs apartment it’s better for you in the long run.

I live here and love the management. Never have problems if I need anything fixed. They get it done the same day it is called in
We actually really enjoy this apartment for this part in our lives. Being in college we don't need very much room, so this really is the perfect size for us! However the draw back is that we ARE in college and yea we like to have people over sometimes. The kitchen is small, and the overall living space isn't huge however we wouldn't want to live anywhere else since the management here is so good!
