About Camelot Village - Affordable Senior Housing
Camelot Village located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, is a community of 36 apartments including 29 one-bedroom and 7 studio apartments. *This community is a subsidized apartment building for residents who must be 62 years of age or older (with a limited number of apartments available for 19 and older who are mobility-impaired) and whose income does not exceed income limitation set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Applicants meeting those income limitations will pay no more than 30% of their adjusted income for rent. Our community offers a variety of recreational activities, including bingo, potluck suppers, birthday celebrations, card games, and other social gatherings. A Social Service Coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs. We are currently operating off of a wait list-please call to discuss availability.
