The only downside I've seen so far in our month since moving in are when owners don't pick up their dog poop in the dog run. Bags are provided already so they're just not putting effort into the responsibility of looking after a pet.

Communication needs improvement. New charges have appeared on the monthly rent bill without any explanation. If there are going to be new charges, it should be communicated to the residents prior.

So far it’s been great living here. The neighborhood is great, and most things are in walkable distance, and the amenities are also great. The restaurants around are very good.

1st month at the Cameo has been good. We are still trying to get used to it but it’s starting to feel like home. Just waiting on an extra parking spot to be available and all will be good.

Community and Management is great. Amenities are always clean and doesn't feel over crowded when using and the 24 hour gym is a plus. Maintenance is very quick and professional.

Since moving in, I’ve been blown away by how amazing life is here. The community is beautifully taken care of. Living at Cameo Apartments has been nothing short of amazing. Only downside I wish they fix is that the pool is not heated, so it's mostly just usable 4 months out of the year. If it was heated I think more people would use it for exercise.

I have been very happy with my time here so far at Cameo. The maintenance staff is amazing. They have always come same day to get the jobs done and are flexible when I am working from home. My unit is beautiful and quiet. Neighbors have been friendly. I would definitely recommend living here.

Cameo has been incredible! The apartments and facilities are beautiful and feel brand new. I was worried about noise when moving here but it’s been great! It’s very quiet all day and you can hardly hear outside noise. The staff has been very kind and helpful. I’m so glad I was able to move here!

I like the community, it is pretty well maintained and its in a great location. I really love the location, I've never lived so close to a freeway, and I love being close to the Orange Circle. Whenever I've submitted a work order, it has been addressed the same day. Communication could use some improvement between the management office and tenants. I don't like the way the rent amount is calculated. This company calculates what your rent will be depending on what you make. It can be helpful or a total disadvantage.

Love this apartment complex! Clean, modern, and best staff! Araceli, Suli, Claudio, Edgar, James, Alyssa, Karen and the rest of the team are always friendly and helpful! Araceli and Suli work so hard to keep this place looking clean and brand new! And they are always so pleasant and cheerful every morning I see them. Claudio and Edgar maintain this property so well, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything broken or in need of repair. They are always ahead of any problems.

My experience at Cameo since the new management took over has truly been wonderful. I’ve seen a noticeable transformation in the maintenance and atmosphere of the complex, making it feel more welcoming. When it comes to noise, I’ve been impressed by how responsive the management is. They genuinely care and act promptly to my concerns. The office staff has been so friendly and helpful. Alyssa is always professional and warm, she goes out of her way to help residents like me. I often use the gym and amenities, and I can’t tell you how many compliments I hear about her. Her dedication and positive energy really make interacting with the office a pleasant experience. James and Karen are also remarkable—they are the hardest-working managers I’ve ever seen, and it shows in everything they do. I wholeheartedly recommend Cameo to anyone looking for a great place to live. The management and staff are truly committed to creating a fantastic community, and I feel lucky to call this place home.

Overall would give a 8.5 out of 10 which is about as good of a score as I could give. Leasing Office (Alyssa) was helpful, Unit looks beautiful, & price is fair so We are happy with those 3 things. Thanks Cameo!

Its been almost 2 weeks since my wife and I moved in. What we live about the community is the location, cleanliness, and customer service of the staff. I love that Cameo is next to the freeway, in a nice area and that its quiet. What impressed me visiting Cameo was the cleanliness and now that I live here I see there is a constant cleaning staff in the halls. Upon moving in our apartment was very clean as well. My maintenance requests/work orders have been attended to within 24 hours. I value the quick turn around time. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is due to our leasing experience. There were technical issues with the system. Our leasing agent did her part by submitting IT tickets and constantly following up but there was no response from the IT team. As a result my wife and I were under stress because our move in date was 06/11 and had yet to sign our lease. Finally after some time we were able to sign our lease one day before getting our keys.
