Nobody here returns my calls. It's like they don't really care. I've had a maintenance issue going on for two weeks now. My furnace is giving off an rotten egg smell. Which at first my issue was that my duct work had a hole, in which last week the maintenance man was to come and take a look but never did. Very disappointed. Please reach back out to your residence.

I have lived here for over 10 years and am now needing to move. In the last year there have been 2 shootings outside of my apartment and the company has allowed the tenants involved to remain. The first shooting in early 2023 led to bullets going through my child's wall and out of her closet. When asking about the wall being repaired I was told it wouldn't be because it is just cosmetic. My washer has been leaking probably due to a bullet going through it since July and it is now December with no repair in site.It took over 6 months to have my front door lock fixed. The advertised pool has not been open since the pandemic. Until this year I have loved living here and now considering moving because of tenant relations. I am so disappointed
I lived here in 2012 and I had the 3 bed. It was my favorite apartment I've ever lived in!! Very spacious and the staff was absolutely amazing!! I plan to move back to Ohio soon, and this will be my first stop!!

lived here for several years now. i feel like they charge too much money for the area the apartments are & they arent new apartments. for the most part i love my apartment. had to call several times for maintenance to keep fixing the same thing. 1 thing that's bothering me a lot is for a while now the dumpsters will be so over full of trash that people put trash all around the dumpsters on the ground & there is SO much furniture by the dumpsters! it takes them forever to throw away the furniture. it is a huge eye sore & is very embarrassing makes the apartments looks dirty. my guests will comment on it to me when they see how much trash there is. i'm so glad my apartment isnt near a dumpster cause if it was i would be so upset about having to see it all the time. other than that i like it here but id hope they add more dumpsters or have the trash company come pick up trash more often.
I moved into this apartment complex in May 2014. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and always available to answer any questions I had. The apartments are large, affordable, and come with all the necessities including: dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer, and more! Close to both downtown and Grove City, as well as many different shopping plazas and other local businesses and restaurants! I have truly enjoyed my time living at Cameron Creek Apartments!
My sons bike stolen within one week, paid $300 for deposit because of new carpet poorly placed ( don't go without shoes or you get hurt) Insulation poor. Son beat up second week. Trash everywhere...disappointed ?? staff is great...They are so incredibly nice but push you into renting. Never even got to look at place prior to moving in...took 2 months to move in because lack of maintenance employees...
For the past 3 years, I have been delighted with my apartment. It provides plenty of space for comfortable living and extra for storage. Most people may think that brown carpet is strange or some what unappealing. However, the brown carpet lasts longer and doesn't stain as easily as the white carpet more commonly found in apartments. That is very important to a cat person like me. Another thing I love about this apartment is that I have two bathrooms. It's nice to know I'll never have to wait again. This apartment is close to major shopping centers such as, kroger and walmart. It is also only a few minutes away from the metro park, where you can enjoy a walk or bike ride and observe the bison.
