Property Ratings at Cameron Crossing
How do I start. I've lived in these apartments so far for 5 months and honestly if I had the money to break my lease and move I would. 1st once I moved in I noticed my master bathroom tub was not draining properly. Requested maintenance "they came" it was better for about 2 days. I tried buying draino. The super strength kind and all. Worked for 5 days back to back up. Well one day while washing the water started back up in both tubs. But it wasnt the water out of my washing machine it was sewer water. Called the office 9 the morning nobody came out until I called the property manager personally and told her and that was 4 the evening. Imagine the smell. 2nd my dishwasher has always kicked back this nasty smell well one day here come water backing up into my sink once again it STINKS. Complained. They came and "fixed" it well that didnt work, water started coming up again. Called leasing office Saturday morning cuz I got off work at 11 friday night got told from Ms. SONYA that because it was not a maintenance emergency I would have to wait til monday. So now I'm setting with NASTY dish/food back up in my sink all weekend. Monday came and went once again nothing got done until I called the property manager. They came and fixed it but now the pipes under my sink starts leaking. It took another text to the property manager with pictures and videos of everything. 3rd. THE TRASH.. we pay entirely to much money in rent (late fees if need be) for the trash compactor to not get fixed. First the had the trash dumpster out front and it was such an eye sore. Trash gets full people start putting it on the ground. And the smell in 100 degree whether ok. So how they have it in the back of the buildings with 2 dumpsters because once again it gets so full so quick. 4th I wanted to have my daughter party at the clubhouse. When asking Ms. Sonya the info for it I was told 150 to 200 NONrefundable deposit. WAIT WHAT? 1 how u dont know the price 2 why is it nonrefundable if I clean up before I leave. If you can find another apartment complex other these leasing people because they own about 4 complexes in the LaGrang3le Area go with them. Paying Entirely to much money in rent deal with these things
Just moved in and I love it! The ladies in the office were so helpful and made the process so easy. My apartment is minutes away from the grocery stores and only 20 mins away from my work at KIA. The apartment is so spacious and the landscaping is beautiful. I highly recommend to anyone!
