Just moved in and everyone was so welcoming and nice. Apparently, there's new management and it seems it was a super sweet upgrade. This place has the most amenities on location that I've ever lived at. I'll definitely be checking out their movie theater after I go bowling with my kids. The pool is to die for. Very resort style. I feel like I'm living in a getaway hotel. Love it!

The absolute worst managed property I’ve even been in. The buildings are disgusting and are never cleaned. Employees are extremely rude and unhelpful. New property manager every time I turn around so nothing ever gets fixed.

I wish I could give this apartment complex 0 stars! My apartment had multiple major water leaks that the complex had to keep "fixing". It got to a point where the walls were constantly wet and becoming moldy (and so were all of our belongings). Also, the apartment had a really bad pest issue and we constantly fought with management to get the proper pest control that the apartment needed. Management never followed through and it slowly became uninhabitable, despite our own efforts. It was a nightmare and we couldn't get out of there any faster! If you want to deal with bugs, leaks, and/or mold, this is the place for you. If not, save yourself and avoid this place!

Management does not take care of the please. Constantly closing amenities outside of specified times - can barely use the gym. If you enjoy dealing with a terrible management company that never addresses concerns go for it

From my experience, the new management group is extremely helpful and now on top of what should have been done all along. In that I mean all concerns are now being taken care of. Now you can feel safe, confident that your every need will be taken care of. Christina, the property manager is getting the job done! Samantha, Victoria, and the Assistant Manager has been attentive and able to count on them for everything.. I highly recommend this location to reside in luxury surroundings.

The property could be really nice, but it is very poorly run. Amenities are broken and falling apart. Our microwave broke a month ago and we haven’t been able to get maintenance to come out and fix it. They have an agreement with the Breakers to house their workers at a discounted rate, so you’re paying luxury rates to have questionable neighbors. Tow trucks are like sharks looking to make an easy buck on any violation. Don’t live here!

1. No one is there for maintenance. 2. Very poor appliances, furniture. 3. Sockets/switches do not work. 4. Staff is not responsible. 5. Manager does not respond. Do not fall into their trap. This is a horrible building.

My son works in Florida and I live in Pennsylvania and we couldn't have found a better place than Cameron Estates.When we visited his Mom and I were both impressed by his apartment and the overall complex. I was surprised at how private his apartment was and by the safety of the complex. What made our expereince so positive was our interactions with all the staff and the manager Stephanie. Everyome was always responsive, helpful and accomodating from signing the contract, to moiving in and moving out. We took the 7 month lease because my son is a seasonal worker and as a parent from far away I felt much better knowing he was in a great safe place and in good hands with the staff. The location is also excellent with close highway access, adundant close retail and grocery, and not far away at all from awesome downtown West Palm. If you are looking to rent in this area you should check out Cameron Estates for sure in my opinion.

Recently moved in to the Cameron Estate and Yaelys helped us with the application and everything went really smooth, quick and easily! Really understanding and a wonderful lady that understands your needs! Great amenities that you won´t be disappointed. Super helpful that they also have specials going on right now that you should catch! Definitely ask about Yaelys to show you around and help you move in!

We moved our daughter into Cameron Estates over a year ago. We chose Cameron because of the 24 hr. manned security gate and all of the amazing amenities that they have!!! Although there were issues in the past, the new property manager, Stephanie, is really doing an amazing job of whipping this gorgeous facility back into tip top shape! Her continuous vigilant efforts are already so evident to us when we visit and we truly appreciate everything she is doing to make Cameron Estates the best place to live in the West Palm Beach area! You simply can’t beat the location being right in between Palm Beach Atlantic University, Rosemary Square and all of the best outlets and restaurants! Also...we love Frank in maintenance! He is such a nice guy and has been so helpful!

The property is beautiful but management does not really care. First of all management keeps changing so often ( not a good sign ) but also they do not follow up with guests. Responding to residents emails, my dear new GM, should be a sign that you passionately care of your job and your guests. Ignoring them won’t make things better . I send you 3 different emails during the last 3 months regarding 3 different issue or simple questions and all i had was 0 answers. I was forced to spend 2 nights at the hotel ( at my own expense) due severe mold damage caused because management did not care to follow up. Do not waist your time with this property give your business to some that cares about you .

The security system software is currently down. I have lived on the property for over 2 months and my name was not on the list for security front gate. I presented a photo ID and was not allowed through the gate. Why? They (property management) did not update the list. Management does not care. I asked him why I'm not on the list. He just said we're getting new software to fix the front gate. I asked again why my name was not on the list again. He just said again we have new software coming. If I show photo Id and you can call the front desk and verify that I live here why does it take an argument with security and the manager to get on the property when you live here? The main security guard is quitting because the front office refuses to provide updated information on current residents. The sidewalk gates also have been broken for months. .....Not good....

I did not move in because managers have an attitude.

Great move in special deal. Well maintained, great professional neighbors, tons of amenities, prime location! So glad we moved here!

I love living at Cameron Estates! The staff is always so nice and accommodating to whatever request I may have in a speedy matter. My office leasing agent is very personable and sweet. The extra amenities such as the tennis and beach volleyball court are a plus. Luxury....

Moving in was an easy process for us and felt extremely welcoming from the staff. The apartment actually feels like home for us. It has a nice dog park for the dog to run around in and the place is well maintained. So far, no complaints! ??

Great family atmosphere and safe neighborhood. Spacious townhomes and the staff is all so willing to help and nice. Central to shopping and restaurants also!! Absolutely love our new home. They have special nights at different times of the year as well for the residents it’s so special

I can’t say anything bad about this community. My apartment is great and the grounds are very well kept. Have a nice dog run for my pup. Maintenance is super timely and professional. Take a look at this community, I can promise you’ll love it.

My family moved in here about two weeks ago and this place is amazing! Beautiful property and a great office staff. The complex is well taken care of and the customer service from the office and maintenance staff is awesome. I will definitely refer friends and family.

Great staff in the leasing office, great location, and very prompt responses for maintenance service calls. I've lived here for 2 years and look forward to renewing my lease again before I make a home purchase.

My fiancé and I have been searching for a place to call home for 3 years, we have visited a lot of apartments and townhouse communities and have always left with the feeling of not seeing ourselves grow into the place and start a family. Yesterday, we visited Cameron Estates and I have to say we were impressed by the location; close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers. When we went into the community we were amazed by how much green (trees, flowers, etc) there was. When we walked into the office we had the pleasure of having the property showing done by the front desk and it was great, he had a very friendly and professional personality. we felt great and it was the best service we have had in the past 3 years. when walking to see the townhouse we noticed how great the residents are, the property was clean and quiet; we loved it. When we walked into the townhouse, we fell in love. it was open, lots of storage, BEAUTIFUL Kitchen, and great rooms. We are in love with the community and truly left there happy. We cannot wait til we move in.

We love living at Cameron Estates. The amenities are great and the maintenance staff are wonderful. The neighborhood is extremely well taken care of, always clean with lush landscape. Our little pup loves the dog park, too!

A very great working team together in the office, fast maintenance. Whenever I’ve had a problem the team was always there to handle it successfully. A great and peaceful community as well. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This community is absolutely beautiful and the staff is incredible. They are a great team; extremely helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is in a perfect location, very close to shops and entertainment. To anybody searching for an apartment, look no further. I have been inside several different units and they are all identical in terms of the quality and cleanliness. I highly recommend living at Cameron Estates!

Absolutely love Cameron Estates. The community is beautiful and well maintained. Neighbors are extremely friendly. Community is very private and quiet. Gym equipment is new and is a great alternative to your local gym if you don't feel like leaving the community. The gym overlooks the pool. They even have a movie theater and a bowling ally. Simply put, amenities are top notch. Can't get a much better value for the space in South Florida.

Very nice property. Pet friendly community. Centrally located- very convenient area next to work place, shops, entertainment. It's a well managed community with a great staff.

We have been over all over US and Cameron Estates has been the best without a doubt. We just finished our 14th month here in cameron estates and we love our community, starting with apartment and the amenities they provide are beyond comparison. On top of all the awesome unique amenities they provide (including the theatre in clubhouse), the management is sooo amazing, that they respond within a day for even the smallest of the issues, and high priority issues gets resolved within an HOUR. Very close to the PBI Airport , and the downtown. Very well maintained , Super Clean , ample parking spaces for guests, security guards checking IDs for anyone who is not a resident, leasing office open till 12 am midnight are some of the most common pros that you will find here, along with very friendly neighbors and prompt management. Its more than we could ever ask for, No complaints so far and i would definitely recommend our community to others looking for affordable luxury style living in the WPB area.

I have been living in Cameron Estates for over two years now and I couldn’t be happier. The emenities are second to none. The management company stays on top of the communities which keeps it well maintained and new. I have had nothing to complain about while living here. The apartments are great in size, modern and have impact windows which are safe but also keep the noise levels down. I will definitely be renewing my lease for another year when it’s up!

I had the opportunity to live in this apartment for a little over a year. I did not have any problem, it is true that sometimes the appliances do not work, but they help you repair quickly and this happens just once. The pool, the cinema and the all the play areas are always in optimal conditions. And as an extra, you can go to free cooking classes. ESP. Tuve la oportunidad de vivir en este apartamento por un poco mas de un ano. o tuve ningun problema, es verdad que aveces las lo electrodomesticos no funcionan, pero te ayudan a reparar rapidamente y esto soo paso una vez. La piscina, el cine y las areas de juego siempre estan en optimas condiciones. y como extra, puedes ir a clases de cocina gratis.

I came in not knowing much of the building and once I moved in I experienced everything I need in life is here. Gym is awesome and state of the art, full boxing ring... AWESOME... Pool is great with Cabanas NO CHARGE... Full size theater .... popcorn and snacks no charge ... if I could give it more stars I would

I moved in about a year ago and now this place is better then ever. Professional from the time you enter to the time you exit. I'm so happy I renewed my lease, price point vs amenities you cannot compare to anywhere else.

As a resident who seen the whole transitional improvements. The community is wonderful. The location across from the Palm Beach outlet mall and super Target is perfect excuse to take a nice stroll to shop or a nice lunch. Minutes from downtown .I love the Trail out in the back with the huge lake. It was worth the wait and patients for clubhouse to be available. There's a new Sheriff in town the new property manager and her name is Annet. Her and her leasing team are a fresh of breathe air . Just exactly what the doctor ordered to completely turn Cameron Estate around because it started off rough. I personally adore the Annet, Judy, Natasha, and Peyton with their help and welcoming smiles really makes a home sick guy like myself feel at home finally!Thank you Annet for solving my issues with my ledger and getting everything squared away on your 3rd day of taking over. What a great way to end 2016.

Cameron Estates is a BRAND NEW luxury apartment complex that is reasonably priced and offering great incentives as they are just finishing phase 1 of 3 (completion date by 12/15). I got the 1 bedroom and love it except their is minimal closet space. It has all brand new GE energy efficient appliances, granite counters, garden tub, and plenty of cabinets and counter space which helps with the lack of closets. There are other floor plans for multiple bedroom appartments and they appear to have much more storage space. Also, the sales staff is wonderful and very helpful! Great find!
