Good place with decent amenities and neighbors. The paid parking could be cheaper for what it is especially since there are so many open spots that no one parks in leaving no room for other residents

The leasing staff are great. They are very helpful and always pleasant. If I ever have a maintenance issue they are always on top of it. The complex is a nice community to live in. I have been there for 3 years and hopeful can renew my lease if the price is good.

Absolutely amazing, better than I could have imagined!!! So quiet, peaceful and clean here and love all the ducks, cats and animals all around, gives me peace of mind of a safe area too!!

Absolutely love living here! Neighbors and entire staff in leasing office are amazing! Almost two years here, and any problems maintence is here in a hurry. Everyone that lives here are respectful. My kids have made tons of friends! Plan on staying for many to come!

The complex is nice like any 32yr old complex there are gonna Be problems but normally they are addressed pretty fast with Mr.Tom the property manager.

Best apartment complex I’ve lived at so far! Neighbors are friendly. The pool area is a nice place to relax with friends and family. The grill is definitely a plus!

It's OK. No issues so far. I been living or about a year already in a 2 bed room. The aparment have no problems everything is working properly.

Been here 3 years never had an issue and now we have new neighbors that complaint about things that aren't valid because my type of job and my husband we aren't even here most of the day and night

We are still loving this apartment complex. All of our work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. The person used for pest control does not fully spray the apartment in the needed areas.

Been living here for two weeks and so far; I like, everything seems to be quiet and peaceful; the only thing I will say it’s parking some nights nothing serious. Evelin over the leasing office make the leasing process really easy and smooth, she took the time to answer every question.

Camila is a unique apartment community in that it feels secluded but you're not too far from stores and activities. They also have a large space for outdoor sports and freshly renovated amenities. The only down side is your are not free to have advertisement on your vehicles or do mechanical work which is very inconvenient in a pinch or if your vehicle is used for your line of work.

I have been in my apartment since June 2021 and just signed another lease! The office staff and maintenance are always pleasant and helpful to me. I love my apartment. I never have felt happier in my life to move in to a new place. This is amazing, and the view that I got is so stunning ?? Everyone is so welcoming and such a happy people around here. There’s not loud noises and everything is so clean and peaceful, I love it.

For a place where I pay so much rent. I shouldn’t be having to constantly call the office about my A/C not working because it’s a old unit that has been here since the building was built. They should of been replaced that unit with a new one. Instead they just keep applying like a lil band aid then the next week same thing. Now my house is above 80 degrees and I have to have my whole family in one bedroom just so we can sleep comfortably.

My Neighbors upstairs have no respect with their stomping and banging late at night. The floors or walls are very thin because you can hear every conversation or steps made from outside .

Nice complex in a great location with good management and maintenance staff. I’ve been here for about three years and have no plans on moving any time soon.

This complex is truly a hidden gem! The grounds are beautifully kept and has the community vibe that makes you feel right at home. The location is excellent! It's so close to everything. I've had nothing but pleasant interactions with the staff. Tom, Bridgette, and Monica have all been wonderful. Richard has gone above and beyond for our family. Camila is definitely a great place to call home.

Although not the fanciest place, the staff and apartments are charming and have quality.
There is nothing luxurious about this place. It takes forever to get anything fixed, and when it is fixed it's done half assed. The "granite" counter tops are man made and not from stone, it's a poly resin. The washers and dryers are ancient and good luck if you get a set that works right. There is absolutely no storage in the apartments the number of bedrooms determines the number of closets. I hope you enjoy keeping your Christmas decorations in with your clothing. The complex has a gate, when it works, and it will allow about 8 cars through before it begins to shut. There's a back exit gate but that's been pad locked because they decided not to fix it anymore. There's a garbage area in the front however you find more garbage lying around it then actually in it...
Complex is quiet and peaceful. Area is maintained and service request are handle in a timely manner. There is also plenty of parking.
I rent a first floor apt that has the best open space that I have seen in apartments. This apartment also has tile all through the common area and bathroom. Love my flat stove. Makes me not miss what I left behind after my divorce. Place is quiet and neighbors are nice. Love to lounge around the the 6 and a half feet pool on my days off. I would recommend this gate complex.
