The management has improved and definitely has got more involved with issues that come in they step on it and are fixing it on the spot I haven’t had a roach or mice problem like other people have come across so I do recommend these apartments they are also pet friendly

I've been here for almost 1.5 years. During my first year, it was great. 2 months into my new 6 months contract, new management and crew came in. They never answer the phone, always closed. You put in a notice about something, they dont get on it till you call multiple time complaining (not maintenance fault). This place is infested with roaches. A month ago I seen mices. Told the office and they still haven't done anything till this day. Reserved parking has been inactive for a few months, and we've been paying this whole time without notice. They wont reimburse us. They don't honor anything they say. This place is just horrible. I cant wait for my lease to be up!

I moved in a while ago and the service is horrible and no one in the office cares about its tenants. Since I moved in everyone in my building has basically moved out. I have been waiting on repairs to my apartment since I moved in and every time I go to the office and complain all they do is give me attitude. They do whatever they want when they want. I have mold in my apartment and all they do is cover it up with kilz. I just got tired of going to the office and complaining so I just went ahead and contacted the texas housing association to come and investigate the complex. Don't be surprised if someone comes knocking on your door. Can't wait till my dang lease is up. I'd rather go stay in a homeless shelter than keep living here.

The office staff here is new and you can already see the change here. They are actually getting things done and seem to care about the residents. The other reviews are not true and my apartment here is fine and they always come when I call. Maybe the other people probably owe money and they are just mad.

Where do i start? This place has a huge roach problem. i have a friend who lives in a different unit here and she has the same issues. a bunch of roaches everywhere. The inside of the drawers and cabinets were filthy with dead bugs and black stuff when i moved in. the vent for the AC is in the kitchen and it leaks yellow slimey stuff down the kitchen walls. the electricity has went out 4 times and took days for them to fix it each time. When i first moved here it was kind of quiet, now it sounds like your in the middle of a playground during recess at an elementery school. its very loud here. My fiance got a package delivered to the front office, he went to the office to pick it up and it wasnt there. he went to the post office to see if they had it and they told him they left if with the lady in the office. so either the manager stole it or lost it. also the maintinence man and pest control just walk inside your apartment without knocking. ive had them walk in on me twice now while i was not dressed. Theirs a man here who beats his wife and blasts music really loud every night while hes doing it. i know because the wife told everyone. Theirs cops here all the time now. I have a beautiful dog and some creepy men here keep paying close attention to her and watching me to see what apartment im in, like if their trying to take my dog or something. We got a violation notice for having a barbeque pit on the porch just like everyone else. That was our first "violation" that weve gotten a notice for but on the paper it said that we have had two violations and next we will get evicted. These apartments are cheap buit, a tiny shallow pantry that you cant fit anything into, a flimsy weak little fridge with no room for anything. the ac units are on the roof and keep leaking into our apartment. Theirs just so many issues here. its too loud, theirs creepy people here, theres too much crime, its infested with roaches, the maintinence and pest control just walk up inside your apartment with no warning and when your not home. etc etc. just dont live here. ask anybody here and they will tell you the same. No one ive talked to likes it here, everyone plans on moving out when their lease is up. Alot of people have already moved, like half of the apartments here are empty now. and the other half are people waiting for their lease to be up so they can leave to.

I moved in here a short time ago. The office lies it took over 3 weeks for any repairs. They go against what you sign on the lease saying things change. Other tenants told me about the crime, but when you ask the manager she says there's no crime that just happen a week before. No hot water for days. Not one tenant likes it here out of the 5 I spoke to. Mold issues that still aren't taken care of with kids in the unit. Neighbors smoke in the apartments and it comes through the air vents. I hate this place and would never recommend it to anyone. Not to mention the nasty creeps that whistle at you while they get drunk in parking lot.
