I love living here. The complex is great as well as my neighbors. No loud music or goofing around. The management team is very easy to work with.

It has taken a long time for repairs to be done and if they are done are half the time iffy or look bad. Get what you pay for cheap rent cheap customer service

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff at Campus Edge! They made my move-in experience smooth and even helped me renew my lease with a better deal. The amenities are perfect for students and families on a budget, and I love how nicely renovated the apartments are. I can see myself sticking around here for a long time. My roommates are super considerate too, which makes everything even better! I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great home. I have really been enjoying living here. Maintenance is great, whenever I have an issue they fix it quickly and with ease. Also, the staff is kind and understanding, it’s close to my school, and the price of rent is fair. I really do love it here. The apartments are the perfect size for 1-2 people.

I’ve been living here for a while, and I love it! The complex is nice, well-maintained, and quiet, which makes it a perfect place to relax after a long day. The management team is friendly and responsive – any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Plus, the location is super convenient, with shops, restaurants, and KSU all within walking distance.

My apartment was not move in ready( door is rotting away, broken fridge drawers, missing kitchen drawer, no closet doors, towel rod of the wall, toilet paper rod poorly installed, wall not patched properly or painted properly the list goes on and on) and the amenities are not ready for new residents as well as trash is littered everywhere across the property

Experience has been good so far. The management has been great at addressing and answering my concerns. Very excited to be staying at campus edge this year.

Great experience here! The move in was very smooth and any questions were easy to get answered. It's also an extremely affordable price and close enough to campus to where I don't even need to drive. Highly recommend!

My resident experience at Campus Edge is great! I love my apartment and the convenience of the complex! I love how I can walk right next door to KSU and drive literally three to five minutes to stores and restaurants !

Hi, I had the misfortune of living here for 5 years. Without question, of the several apartments I have lived in, this was the worst by far. I will briefly go over all of the things that bothered me; Heard 17 gunshots in under 72 hours one summer, had mold grow on my bathroom ceiling annually and was once told clearing it was "not a priority" by the manager, more management changes than years spent at the complex, fire, electrical fire when someone wasn't home, literal car chase through the parking lot one evening, floors and walls are paper thin, dishwasher never worked my entire time there (leaked profusely) and was never properly fixed by the rotating maintenance staff, saw a fist fight one afternoon in the parking lot, had the fools in the office one month quote me with 3 different rent prices for "late fees" within 30 minutes, came home one night to find 2 dudes walking through the parking lot trying to break into cars resulting in me calling the police, dude near me smoked cigarettes the entire time he lived there and it always reeked outside my place (and in it) because the doors and windows are sealed horribly, office said bring it up with him and once I do he only stops smoking by the building during the day not night so I wake up and it reeks, water was shut off in excess of 20 times over the last few years I lived there with sometimes only a days notice, and once the water was off for literally 30 hours plus in my friends building. Think about that real quick; you cant take a shower, go to the bathroom, or make most meals at your home for 30 hours straight as you're a potentially full-time student. Below and across from me a drug dealer moved in (he literally told me), smelled of weed 24/7 and didn't listen when I told him it gets in the central air system and the whole building reeks of it, less than 48 hours after he moved in he was outside on speakerphone trying to buy a gun, more than once his gun "went off" in his place, his apartment was broken into and he was robbed, etc. I would just like to state this is what I remember off the top of my head. Not to mention the hundreds of noise issues I had to put up with. I lived there for so long only, and I mean only, because I had nowhere else to go while I attended KSU Marietta. I routinely (on average of 3 times a year) told people, friends, strangers, to never once live here or even return after a visit. I would pay you if I could to not live in this place. I'm dead serious.

Honestly it’s not as bad as the other reviews are making it seem. The apartment is a decent size for me, my boyfriend & my dog & we have the premium 1bd w/ washer & dryer included. The bathroom is a little small & so is the kitchen space but you can make the best of it at the price you get. Although the price is amazing I can say the maintenance is rude for no reason sometimes so that’s why it gets a 3 but other than that everyone is cool. It’s quiet, affordable, and the front office staff is most of the time really cooperative. It’s in a really good spot.

just no... smells like smoke, apartment was unclean when i moved in, floorboards missing....two for the price.

I’ll give it a two for the price. The constant need for maintenance is annoying. Moved in to the apartment. Painted over cobwebs on the ceiling. Paint marks on the floor. Fork still in the dishwasher. Missing pieces of hardwood in the bathroom. Holes in the wall... Asked to be let out of my lease at the end of the semester (moved in the middle of the semester so also moving out in the middle would’ve been too disruptive), wasn’t even asked why... guess it’s that obvious

For starters the apartment they show you looks nothing like the one you will be living in. Upon my initial arrival after I got my keys the apartment had this odor, not sure if it was unclean or if it was just old. The floor plan looked nothing like the apartment. The bathroom is tiny, you take two steps and that’s the area of the whole room. I had Unit A which was a decent size room it was just awkward because the room was vertical and not horizontal. The microwave caught on fire twice and it took almost a month for “ bob the maintenance guy” to even come and look at it. It took us another week or so to receive the new microwave. The fridge was dirty when we got into the apartment as well as the dish washer. The dish washer had mold that would fall down into the dishes when you put it in there. In the summer the complex would be swarmed with wasps right by your door and would have tons of stink bugs in the apartment. The price of utilities is questionable since they are suppose to be split between both parties in the apartment. The stairs in front of my apartment used to creak so loud anytime you walked on them, not to mention the stairs broke and were down for like a week. They have no sense of urgency. Last summer they had a bad problem with possums I would come home and they would be all up the stairs and once was in front of my door. I’ve had to call the police on the wildlife twice, and has to get male neighbors to help me at least 5 times just to enter my house. The water also gets cut off it seems like every week during the summer, due to maintenance. The lady in the leasing office , Camille is very rude, and the three times I have spoke to her had an attitude each time. The whole place is a mess, and I would highly not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Been living here for a few months and have no complaints. Great place for students for KSU and Life University. Best place one can get in the area. The complex is clean, cute looking, well managed, the staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance is fast but you won't really need them. They really care, feels like a community and they have food weekly and a nice pool. 10/10 would highly recommend to any student. -Rocky

This place is HORRIBLE . First day I come here, I found a COCKROACH in my room. I call for maintenance because the bathtub is UNCLOG and the fridge is DRIPPING WATER, NO one came after a YEAR and NO thing FIX. Please Don’t Rent this place, you will regret it

Rented a quad. One roommate moved out. Facility filled spot with absolute nightmare. Smokes non-stop, parties constantly and does not pay her share of utilities. Facility doesn't care. Money is main concern to them. DO NOT move here.

It is always a hassle when dealing with the leasing office, they are rude and have obviously never been in a position of management. Maintenance has yet to act upon work orders submitted a year ago. Would not recommend.

This place is one of the worst places to live i had nothing but trouble living here i would not come here if i were u i cant wait til my lease is up to get of this place !!!!!

Apartment have old appliances, nothing has been done to maintain the property. AC/Heat doesn't work. The display model is the only unit that was truly renovated. College kids are loud and do nothing but smoke marijuana and drink while having parties. People have been robbed, there are no gates or security.

The faculty at the leasing office is very helpful and the renovated units are the best in Marietta.
