Property Ratings at Campus Edge
Management is responsive and my living experience has been great! Parking is free and all of our maintenance problems were completed within at most three days. I would recommend anyone looks for a place to live to try out Campus Edge!

The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was welcomed by the warm and friendly staff, who immediately made me feel at home. The apartment itself was spacious, with breathtaking views of the city skyline from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was fully equipped with modern appliances and amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym and a rooftop pool. I enjoyed the convenience of the location, with many great restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The building also had its own retail space, with a gourmet grocery store and trendy coffee shop. The management team was always available and responsive to any needs or concerns I had, making sure I had the best possible experience during my stay. They even organized social events for residents, which allowed me to meet other like-minded individuals and make lasting friendships.

Campus edge has been a nice lowkey place to stay at. The environment is nice and utilities are mostly functional. I would definitely stay here again.

Living at Campus edge has gone well. No major issues to date and when something comes up, the office or maintenance is always responsive. One thing I would note is that amenities such as gym and clubhouse bathroom are not always the cleanest.

I can’t wait to move out of this apartment complex. I wish I could give ZERO stars. There are sooo many issues but my current one is my car is stuck in the garage. I’m paying for a garage to house some extra stuff but they won’t let you have a parking pass. Now the power is out and the garage door won’t lift. I’m late for work and I can’t get any helpful person on the phone. The communication sucks!

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you were having issues with your garage. At the time of your review, Duke Energy was experiencing a power outage in our area that was affecting over 2k customers. Unfortunately, when the power is out we, our phones are also down. We are very sorry that you were not able to reach us during that time. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your experience
Love living here! I’ve lived in 3 different student housing locations in Raleigh, and this one is my favorite. Affordable, great location, amazing staff, and more!
The apartment and staff are great for what you pay. My main complaint was about the noise and disturbance during renovations. Otherwise it’s a great place to live.
Facilities are nice, and the community is relatively clean. Hopefull the pool will be fully open soon. Only issue is the dumpsters not being emptied on a regular basis.
Good apartment. Clean. A lot of amenities. Large rooms. Quick maintenance staff. Good, safe community. Decently close to NCSU campus. Nice showers.
The people here are amazing and so so sweet! I especially enjoy those certain days and times that they hand out stuff in the office. Gosh, so resourceful!

Thank you for your feedback. We are thankful to have you as a resident and hope that you continue to have a positive experience!
Campus Edge management not only was rude and impossible to deal with during my stay but after I moved out as well. (The front desk people were very friendly so please exclude them when I refer to management.) I was charged for damages I didn’t cause, and even after sending photographic evidence they waited weeks to respond and refused to remove the charge as well as blatantly lying to me. Parking was a nightmare for residents and guests alike, Dog poop and trash was left everywhere, walking to my apartment literally meant I had to smell dog poop every day, and rent was extremely overpriced. On multiple occasions I called the “emergency” help number for after hours issues which leads you to a voicemail box that gets answered maybe 40% of the time. Our AC broke multiple times and at one point our door handle just fell completely off after it had been “fixed.” Do not live here or any Preiss community unless you want to deal with the worst management I have ever experienced in my time living in apartments.
I lived at Campus Edge for one very long year. The apartment was absolutely disgusting when I moved in, stains all over the carpet, walls, and furniture. The bathroom was sticky and had clearly not been cleaned at all. We had multiple bug infestations, none of which were handled by the maintenance. Also, the noise from the pool and our upstairs neighbors made it impossible to sleep without earplugs. The dumpster filled up all the time and there was trash piled all across the street. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. Don't even try to walk around unless you really look where you walk or you will be guaranteed to step in some. There was never a parking space if you get back anytime after 3pm. I had to park 4 buildings down on many nights! Office staff was nice but not very helpful. Pool was closed all the time, and they claim to have a "security" which I saw a total of one time in my entire year living there. Avoid this disgusting place at all costs!
I been searching for rent online I came across with this apartment . Actually , I like it because its close to Highway 40 , NC State ,and Wake Tech Community College.I think I am going to rent this apartment which is gonna be 580 puls bills.
The internet is really slow. The people in the office are pretty moderate. Sometimes they are helpful, and other times they are aggravating. It's a student/recent grad community so they are a few parties on the weekends. They are pet friendly.
Location is perfect for NC State Students. There are several grocery stores near by. Conveniently located within a mile of the Raleigh belt-line. The complex is also less than 10 minutes from Downtown Raleigh which has lots of dining, nightlife and entertainment. Within the complex there are TWO Resort swimming pools. They are social pools (less than 3.5 feet deep) The staff throws pool parties and cookouts for the residents DJs, food and games. There are both basketball and volleyball courts on the property. While I don't have a pet myself they a pet park as well. There's a carwash port on site as well as a horse shoe area, private theater, billiard area and computer lab. The office staff is very direct, which I like. They don't always tell you what you want to hear, but they tell you the truth. The maintenance staff is awesome! They at lease respond within 48 hours to say hey this part has been ordered, we are replacing your appliance on a certain date, or we've fixed the problem. I have seen two bugs since I moved here. One was dead and the other was a house centipede I killed it. Luckily Campus Edge has pest control spray quarterly. You can also request them to spray your apartment. I've read some reviews about mice. I haven't personally seen any or evidence of any. I love that Campus Edge no longer has overages. They are an all inclusive property. It comes with cable, internet, water and electricity. There was also a major issue with internet for a while, but they currently having the internet provider upgrade the equipment which is making a BIG difference. I give my apartment complex a 4 out of 5 stars, because as amazing as it is it's not my dream apartment, but it is pretty nice. I've been here 3 years. You should live at the EDGE!!!
