Property Ratings at Campus View and Kirkwood Court
Fast and efficient staff, spacious living room. Maintenance is very thorough and done in timely manner. Parking can be limited and the parking lines are somewhat hard to see but overall good experiences
Affordable, sometimes can be hard to find a space to park or kinda noisy. Maintenance is pretty fast and efficient and office staff is very friendly
My residence experience has been exceptional. Since moving in, I've felt a sense of community and belonging. The staff genuinely care about our well-being, addressing concerns promptly and providing personalized support. The amenities, have enhanced my quality of life. Community events and activities have brought residents together, fostering meaningful connections. I appreciate the transparent management and regular updates, ensuring I'm informed and involved. The residence has become my home, where I feel valued. Thanks for the good work keep it up
Affordable prices, good location, laundry facilities is ok, and the property is overall pretty clean. Staff is friendly and maintenance requests are solved quickly.
I love being here then neighbors are friendly and nice. The staff are amazing and I love being close to everything that is around the apartment
I've lived here since August 2022. Everyone is amazing. The apartments are nice and spacious. The campus security is at the ready whenever you need them. The office ladies are so sweet and answer any questions. Maintenance is always on top of things and do a great job explaining everything. Overall a great place to live.
Community is welcoming! Some times boys will play in our parking lot and are loud but it’s all good! Other than that peaceful and respectful!
People seem friendly enough. Maintenence requests typically get here in a reasonable amount of time. Feels weird not having an oven with a digital screen though.
Cozy apartment! I love living here and being so close to everything, like subway. And I love the clubhouse! And I love being able to make my little space my own.
Place is nice, but I’m not getting any of my messages that I have sent to the building answered at all. My neighbors have a beeping smoke alarm and I don’t know what I can do to hang paintings without breaking my lease
Living here has been great! Price is very low especially with all utilities included. Any work orders we have needed to put in have been taking care of extremely quickly, the office staff has been amazing to work with, our questions have never gone unanswered. The community itself isn't loud at Campus View which is surprising for college living but I haven't had any issues. Overall the apartment is pretty spacious and comfortable, the only thing I don't like is there is not central air, just box units but they do a good job keeping the spaces reasonable.
While it is cheap, there’s a reason for that. The apartments are not in the best shape, the staff have a lot of attitude at times, noise can be a problem, and crime is a bit higher with security not really doing anything and there are no cameras. Packages get stolen and cars are broken into with the security and office not caring. On the upside, it is close to Kirkwood and other things. Also maintenance responds somewhat quickly.
Love it here! I couldn’t ask for better management staff! They are always super helpful and friendly. I also love that they are doing weekly fall baskets right now.
Living here has been absolutely amazing and the people in the front office are even better. Such a good community except the neighbors sometimes but otherwise I enjoy living here.
been living here for 2 years and never had a problem . staff is great and they are very understanding ! 10/10 recommend living here ! i also like that they throw little parties for everyone to attend so people can meet other people
Very nice apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance concerns have been addressed quickly and professionally. Happy that we chose this property.
Pretty good overall, maintenance is really competent and solve problems really fast, although some residents are annoying, you can still enjoy your life here
I would love to give it a 5 star review. The office staff and maintenance are awesome! With short leases and people moving in an out sometimes the neighbors you get is the luck of draw. Other than that it’s a good place to be. It’s close to Campus and close to anything you need within 20 minutes or less.
It is great!! Staff is amazing! Maintenance is amazing and always get things done in a timely manner! Love the laundry on sit, can’t complain!!!
This is a really nice apartment. I am really happy it came with a dishwasher and that it also comes with a place to do laundry. It’s in a really nice spot and there is usually always parking right in front of my building.
One month in and it’s really good, I’ve lived in an apartment for 8 years with my family, one that a lot of college kids also lived in. With the drinking atmosphere of the U of I it was often loud at nights with some drunken arguments and even vacuuming at 2 am?! But here it’s been relatively quiet, while still sounding occupied with the occasional late night movie or loud stair climbing. Plus having the first week of nightly events was cool, I personally didn’t go as socializing isn’t really my thing, I think it’s important to have that to get more extroverts to meet eachother, just making the complexes feel more connected. I’m mostly rambling at this point. Overall I’m very happy my girlfriend and I chose these apartments, it’s the perfect size for us and our cats and it’s nice to have full apartment style living during college without breaking the bank more than normal college fees
Overall good experience. Parking becomes difficult during the evening into night time since there is limited spaces. People tend to be up late into the night making noises/playing music.
Overall a good price for rent especially with utilities being included. Appliances are way outdated and don't work very well, laundry room can be a disaster and they really don't offer any amenities.
pretty good. few things not great, stairwell smells horrible, ac is so dirty it blows out kinda dirty air, bathroom cabinet dirty. but the office people are super nice
The service of the apartment team is great. But the apartment I am living in doesn't have the best things. Also, the cardboard material used for the walls is not the best thing to experience.

My bathroom is moldy and maintenance has refused to solve the issue. they checked it out and said it’s “dirt.” Other than that the apartment is in decent condition.
Decent amount of space, maintenance and staff is very friendly. Parking can be a pain and neighbors can occasionally be loud when people are over
It’s been a good experience! If anything needed fixing I sent the request and in a couple of days it would get fixed! The rooms have good space and the neighbors are not rude, the parking space is also really nice. It’s very convenient because of how close it’s to the school, it’s a good place to live :)
The apartments are fabulous but not the drain system. We had problems with the clogging of the toilet abd the water was coming out of the bathtub
Everyone is really nice, lots of nice surrounding places a walk away from food/drink, and gas station! the apartments are set up nicely enough to have your alone time! But also give you room to be social with people surrounding you if you please to.
Lived here since 2021, neighbors are very friendly. Not very noisy. Recently seen the parking lot got a much needed makeover. Dumpster has been replaced which was also needed.
Not much to complain about. People can be loud but they mind there own business. There friendly and don't cause problems. I feel save. If I wanted to ask them for help I would feel comfortable doing so.
Great apartment complex with supportive staff. Whenever there is a problem, all you have to do is give the office a call and they’ll be sure to put a plan in action to get it solved
Wonderful people up at the main office always smiling and I love it. The only thing I would have to complain about it neighbors, they aren't the greatest
For the most part the neighbors seem to be pretty quiet, and it's a nice apartment. It's also nice that there is a laundry facility here at the apartment complex.
I enjoy living there but the upstairs neighbors are noisy because there’s stomping every night. But other than that the apartment is really nice.
Very helpful and kind and understanding. They weren't judgemental and quickly help me with my apartment when I locked my self out and couldn't find my keys.
I believe that the kirkwood courts is a great place to live, it's close to the college and fairly cheap. It's a decent sized unit and pretty good looking too.
The apartment are very well set up and there are lots of activities near the area. They are very helpful at the front desk as well. I would definitely recommend these apartments!
Overall, the apartments are cute and nice. It isn’t too loud an environment, which is a definite perk. However, lack of dishwasher lost it some points for me personally. Otherwise though it’s a great place!
Great people and place. Very helpful and always super quick work. No complaints. Super kind people also who listen and if anything is wrong they get right to it.
I just moved in last week and I was a little scared but there are many opportunities to get out and meet new people and recogida some friendly faces during welcome week through The Salt Company. The apartment itself was very nerve wracking to move into at first because it’s such a big change for me personally but with the right roommate and the right decor it has already started to feel more homey. I feel like I can learn to adjust and really like it here.
Great location & price. Laundry is located in the club house. Parking lots are big, lines need repainted bad. Decently quiet neighbors with kids. There is a leak in the ceiling and the siding/flashing still needs fixed on my apartment building. Staff is nice. Would recommend living here but make sure to lock your car!! Lots of people stealing recently.
I like the apartment complex, moving in my apartment was kind of dirty and needed some maintenance, my bathroom light still isn’t installed.
The people around are respectful and quiet, our apartment has no major issues, and we are in a convent location to get to store close to us quickly!
Nice place, but there were numerous problem with the apartment when I moved in. Paint on the floors, a tile was misplaced, light switches were cracked, the toilet didn’t stop filling so we had to shut off the water, the sink didn’t drain properly, and lots of other things.
The apartments are nice, big enough for a college student. The office people are nice too, they are always friendly whenever I go to one or when I need help.
They've been very helpful and understanding. I've had mutiple issues with keys and getting into my apartment and they have helped me every step.
Other than my doors not being able to shut completely, this apartment is very spacious and comfortable. My roommate and I both have a very large bedroom for all of our belongings as well as a lot of room in the living room for guests.
I recommended this community, that’s a good area to leave. It’s been 1 year since I moved here but il do not regret at all. They do have an amazing staffs
