The city is packed with stunning historic architecture, from the iconic Davidson building to campus landmarks like Barge Hall, cultivating a timeless atmosphere in Ellensburg’s most visible spaces.
You’ll find a vibrant arts scene here, with several unique galleries both on-campus and off, plus the monthly First Friday Art Walk downtown and the annual Jazz in the Valley festival. Locals also enjoy a full roster of eclectic community events celebrating everything from microbreweries to street performers to Dachshunds. Property Ratings at Campus Village
I live in a 2 bedroom and 1 bath apartment. It's pet friendly which is wonderful because I own many furry friends including a 93lb mutt. It's a comfortable size. I have a front and a back door. I have a back patio area and a front grassy yard that's about 15ft by 15ft. All my neighbors are fantastic. We have plenty of kind hearted people living around here. The only complaint I would have would be my carpets because we are one of the few units that has the new carpet put in. It's a shame because the newer carpets are obviously nicer. The landlord is awesome and maintenance around the place is kept up well. All in all its a roof over my head and I couldn't be any happier.
