The staff here are very nice and caring, maintenance is also very helpful and friendly. Very close to campus and has a very peaceful environment. The exterior doors are locked and only residents have a key to get into the buildings!

A terrible place with terrible managers. Current managers are the most terrible managers I have ever seen here. That's why they have a low score in reviews. They do not care even about what they have mentioned and signed in their leasing agreement. People smoke inside the unit and violate the quiet hours policy (Watching TV shows and listening to music too loud in the living room until 2 am, etc.), and when you inform the child managers, they cannot do anything. They didn't even clean my room before they rented it to me.

There is always something that comes up as a problem the staff here do not listen to information. My first day here the washer and the dishwasher were broken scuffs on the walls. and a smell of weed in every room on the first day . they fixed the washer after me begging them for two weeks straight saying i didnt have a way to get clean clothes. It has been months and multiple request for a new dishwasher and it is still broken. They are said to have new managers but i have heard that is the story that they give every year. And if you own a car and think it will be safe here it will not your tires have a chance of being stolen every night in one week here 4 cars had all there tires stolen There is a gate but they have yet to get it to work as promised. This place is no place to live if you are looking to live here to save a little every month it is worth spending money somewhere else because you never know if you will be replacing your own tires or being towed for parking in your own garage. You will be walking in you a lot of problems if you come here.

Horrible management, facility is disgusting and way overpriced. (And I live here btw)

First of all, let me start by saying I pay so much living here and for the quality of life I'm given at this apartment it should be illegal paying this much. Cockroaches in every drawer you open without fail. You will see at least one on your kitchen items every time you open something. They were on my bed once and I never have food in my room. I have called pest control 3 times and they don't even show up until weeks later. They have no hot water sometimes out of nowhere, for the amount I pay that is ridiculous. The halls smell like weed, the garage trash cans are insanely overflowing 24/7. The pool is always absolutely disgusting. I have not seen a single person use the pool ever in my entire experience living here because it's that gross. It is beyond easy to get locked out of your apartment, the door is self-closing and locks immediately when it closes. I got locked out once and they had absolutely no after-hours number anywhere to be found. I searched all the websites, social media, and resident portal for two hours. It was nowhere so I slept at my random neighbor's apartment until office hours. Afterward, they didn't even care to apologize for the situation nor did they accept they were in the wrong. You're paying for nothing here. You are going to be disappointed regardless. Please choose another place to stay if you hate any of the stuff I have mentioned.

Yeah, go ahead and add 250$ to any price they advertise because of hidden fees and such. Also did I mention mold? Everywhere. And the staff here all hate their job so much that they don't do them. I only gave them a 1 star because I am not allowed to rate lower. So pretend I gave them the score they deserve, a 0.

Everything about that previous review is absolutely correct. My year has been miserable living here and I can't wait to get out. I have had a severe mold problem, I've been lied to, I had my license plate stolen off my truck. This place is very unsafe, very dirty, and very poorly managed. Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

This is the most filthy and unsafe apartment building. Car break ins. Management dismisses their residents. Security is never around. Automated texts instead of actually needing to get a hold of the security officer. Stabbings on property. Mold. Sewage backups. Apartments are filthy and roach infested. Cheaply made and things break every other week. Cars wrongfully towed. Lack of professional management. Incident cover ups. Very unsafe and very over priced. Management will do whatever it takes to get you into a lease and then dismiss you and any of your concerns and make your year long lease miserable. Do not move here.
