The nearby Rocky Mountains and Roosevelt National Forest are ideal for activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter, sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing are popular.
Year-round events and festivals bring Fort Collins residents together. Whether it’s enjoying the popular summer concert series, catching a live musical performance at the Mishawaka Amphitheater, cheering on participants in the Colorado Marathon, or attending one of the popular music festivals, there’s always something exciting happening.

Property Ratings at Campus West Lofts on City Park
These apartments are affordable and spacious but have absolutely no soundproofing whatsoever. If you live here, you will basically hear your neighbors or roommates all the time. It’s in an pretty busy area of the city so you will hear people on the street, people going through the mcdonald’s drive thru, and basically anything else you can think of. the parking is close to campus which is nice when you walk to school, but is horrible if there is a game or you have someone over. often you cannot find a spot in the parking lot so you have to park on the street as there is no guaranteed spots and if there is a game, there will be absolutely no street parking. Again, you get what you get for the price but I would not choose to live here as the money you save in rent, you will likely have to invest into buying noise cancelling headphones if you ever want to sleep. Lastly, when we asked the management team to make some simple repairs in our apartment (fix the shelf in our fridge, fix our drier so it actually dried our clothes), the management team said these repairs would be too expensive so they wouldn’t do it. So while they advertise in-unit washer and driers, your units may not work and there is nothing they will do to help you!
Coming from the dorms I was nervous about finding a place to live. The management team made it easy to set showings, and upon finding the Lofts, my friends and I were so excited that the You + 2 law does not apply to these 4 bedrooms! Maintenance was responsive and professional. The units are spacious with plenty of storage and space for everyone.
We lived in and around campus for five years until we found the city park lofts. We were living next-door and paying almost double when one of our friends moved in there sophomore year and never left. We were lucky to get one of the last units in 2018 and all stayed until we graduated. Just wished we would’ve found it a little sooner. Great price, great management team and great location not much more that needs to be said. Thank you Integrity, sad we found you too late.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are always so happy to have such great tenants like you and your roommates. Good luck to you all and congrats on graduation!!!
Moved into this place last year with hopes of it being a great place. I should’ve known better when we first moved in and our apartment was FILTHY. We were forced to rekey our apartment due to the door being able to be pushed open when locked and the owner, Bobby, told us this was okay and we wouldn’t get charged. Well guess what, we did! $65 even though we were assured for our safety we wouldn’t. We also filled out what was wrong with the apartment and maintenance request when we moved in and nothing ever got fixed and we just got docked for that as we’ll $87 for three sets of blinds which are $10 at walmart. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
Property Manager at Campus West Lofts on City Park, Responded To This Review
I'm sorry you found the place to be "filthy" however you chose to have the unit without us doing a move out (in order to move in sooner) and since you took over the unit from your "friends" without us coming in an cleaning it. Your lease clearly states that there is a $65"automatic deduction" for rekey and this has to be done for your protection, not sure what the surprise was here? You all trashed the unit and left it in horrible condition, the repairs and cleaning that were done, were clearly showed to you as were the receipts for the work that was needed upon your move out. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, but hope you leave other places you live in better condition than you left ours.
