Property Ratings at Candlewyck Park Apartments
I lived here for three years and consistently had problems with the management and the sub-par condition of the apartments. My rent was increased exponentially, over almost 40% in two gives. This made me very uneasy. As a Cornell student, I would not recommend living at this location to anyone. Save yourself the trouble!
I have nothing but positive things to say about Candlewyck! I lived here for a few years and was consistently impressed with the friendliness and responsiveness of all staff members. The buildings are clean and remarkably quiet. All interactions regarding moving in, moving out, paying rent, and even checking on my apartment when I was traveling were very easy. And of course, it's just a quick drive into town and the view of the lake is lovely. Highly recommend!
I lived here for 7 years for graduate school at Cornell and I truly loved living here. The staff were so pleasant and understanding. The warm atmosphere always made me comfortable to talk to them about anything. And the view of the lake is absolutely BREATHTAKING. Love this place!!
Very well managed. The grounds are well maintained. If there ever is an issue, management is right on it which I appreciate.
Living at Candlewyck was a great experience! The community here made for a wonderful place to live!
