Staff here are top notch! Emily was so helpful with tour and listened to what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find the perfect one for me . Anjelica was super helpful with me when I had two issues after moving in. She was very prompt and those issues were resolved quickly! I love my apartment and the safety of the environment.

Cons: Long application and lease process which requires numerous follow ups via email and phone. A lot of maintenance issues had to be addressed after move in. Amenities don’t work as advertised. Pro: good location

I love living at Cannery Park in San Jose. It is a safe and clean community. It is close to shopping centers. The staff - leasing office, cleaning, and maintenance - are very nice and professional. I am impressed at how frequent the premises are cleaned. The people who live in the community are pleasant. Their pets are friendly too. :)

It has been a pleasant experience and I have no issues anymore regarding this community. Maintenance were amazing and they complete their task in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the service they provided whenever I needed it. As for other admin requests such as parking issues, some has been resolved and some still there and I see it everyday. Well, I'm tired of parking complain so let the nature takes it's course if accidents happen.

I am always concerned about water issue in north building.
CP is very comfortable and solid feeling. I rarely hear any noises from neighbors. The gym is great and never too crowded.
The staff at this apartment is amazing. They respond quickly to maintenance requests, and the technical staff always arrives on time for appointments, fixing any issues in no time. I appreciate the staff for their prompt actions in support of the residents.
I have enjoyed my tenancy at Cannery Park. The leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas are kept clean. Being single female, I feel safe in this environment.
I absolutely love living here. The building is a newer building with lots of amenities and parking! Not just parking for residents, but there is ample guest parking throughout the neighborhood and in front of the actual building, a fair amount of elevators, a very nice pet park and overall it’s an awesome neighborhood. The leasing agents are super friendly and I basically fell in love with this community and have been happy living here every since.
We had our car broken into inside the garage, and no responsibility was taken by management. If the rent increases this year we’re likely looking for another community.
Nice apartments in a pretty good area. No issues with any utilities or noise, everything is behind a key fob so it feels safe as well, no major complaints with the place so far.

The maintenance crew is awesome. They are super friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure the each unit and common area are well kept. Always have huge respect for these guys.
Every time I submit a work order the technician arrives within two hours. They greet me with a smile and enthusiasm. Along with completing the requested work they always ask if there are any other maintenance items that could be looked at while they are there.
I continue to be impressed & appreciative of the Prompt service by maintenance staff :))

The leasing office staff are great--very friendly, courteous, professional, respectful of residents, and excellent customer service.
I live in first floor, the hallways are always very dirty , I thought cleaning the common area is the responsibility of the corporation management. The package delivery system for Amazon is very inefficient and weird, why packages are not delivered at the door?!?! I asked the leasing office for a cart to take the carpet I ordered and the cart tires didn’t have air… it was really hard to use that. I asked the leasing office to change it and they said we don’t use that cart a lot , we are sorry about that. My general feeling about the leasing office is that they don’t care about you and your wellbeing at all just keep saying oh we are very sorry!

The management/office team that is on site is absolutely phenomenal and a pleasure to engage with. Not only do they help you with a smile on their face, but they are very good at remembering who you are, and what apartment you are in if you have a package to pick up, or assistance is needed in your unit. The maintenance team is also a great group and completes work orders timely. They are very pleasant to work with.

Very smooth experience, from leasing to getting the keys. Apartment is modern with good amenities, while the building is generally clean. Good access to shared amenities, such as the gym or pool. The building itself is also gorgeous.

Very nice apartment. I moved from living in my house for 30 years and was concerned about whether I would like apartment living. The layout and quality of the apartment has made the transition easy. I love it.
I would not recommend. Cheap construction - any floor other than ground floor sounds loud and hollow when walking. Rent is too high for the quality of the apartment. Security is a joke - theft is a constant issue, but property management consistently fails to emplement effective counter-measures.
Both of the maintenance technicians are very chill and friendly! Absolutely professional at their work and fantastic service!

My move in was perfect! I had a lot of packages including my mattress and the staff was so kind to place them in my apartment for me leading up to my move in date. They definitely made that very stressful day or days less stressful! Thank you so much!
The maintenance staff are great. I have requested they come to my unit during very specific times due to my WFH schedule and each time they have been accommodating. They are always friendly and a do a great job. My dog also loves them.
It is very pet friendly. No parking problem even for the guests. Long hallways, you have to have shopping carts. The main door does not open automatically, so if you have a guest, you have to go downstairs and bring them in. Secure mail room.
The maintenance team is absolutely amazing! They are so professional and efficient. Whenever I've made a request or have a work order, they make it happen! I'm so appreciative of everything they do!
My washer went out Saturday AM with all my pants in it, every pair. Within a few hours I was given a temp key to use an empty units washer. It really saved me how helpful and responsiveness the team was. Washer was fixed the next day. Great service and the team effort was appreciated.
Great experience. The apartment and amenities are close-to-new, very convenient location close to Japantown / DTSJ. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
I havent have the greatest first impression. Nobody accompanied me to my apartment or ever offered me a tour, which was frustrating, as I signed my lease sight unseen. I got lost several times, as this is a huge property and for a good 30-45 minutes at a time. I think a tour is imperative. I also wasnt given the code to the pool area and nobody responded to an email related to amenities. They have extended my package hold on request, but also moved them to the office without informing me. I went to pick them up and they were not in their designated Luxor lockers (four packages) There also was a large leak in my section of the building and the emails related to it were very much go ahead and file a claim with your renters insurance and you need to forgive the maintenance, but little in the way of apology. Now that the siding has been torn off, it looks quite atrocious and Im not sure what the plans are to restore it. On the plus side, Maintenance is quick to respond.
I love living here and all of the amenities. Leasing staff and maintenance have always been wonderful and willing. From replacing my water filter to helping me with allowing in a friend to cat sit for me.
