Cantare Can Do No Better!
I cannot imagine a better apartment complex than Cantare! The entire property feels like home! Management is endlessly helpful; the community is clean; the complex is well lit at night; the walkability is a dream (The Streets of Indian Lake Village is just a hop away); and the maintenance staff responds in an instant. It's hard to imagine my life without Cantare. As one might say: 10/10 would recommend!!

noisy, disappointing
DON'T MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS!!!!!!! I only had 4 moths here, and really living here has become a nightmare. Im living in a second floor, and I have a 2 years old baby and obviously she walk and run, I can't ban her walk, since the first day here my downstairs neighbor comes to my door and yelled at me, and came two more times. Then she started to hit my floor (her ceiling) every day, in the night, early morning(2, 3, 4 am) without reason, sometimes we are not in all day, and in the night she still hitting and hitting. The problem is we have call around 4-5 times to the administration and they don't do anything, ANYTHING. Actually I’ve seen myself in the need of calling the police in the early morning, but she don't care, she still hitting, in the early morning or in the night and my baby wake up scared, I have records but that's not matter :( It's a disappointment cause I really like it cantare apartments

My family just moved here a couple of weeks ago and by far this has been one of the best decisions we have made. I would recommend living at Cantare to any of my family and friends. The office staff and the maintenance staff are profesional well-organized and caring individuals. We have been very happy with our experience at Cantare. It is a quiet, clean community and convenient to shopping and freeways. Our 2 bedroom plan is well designed, modern and has lots of windows. We love no carpet in the main living areas. Parking is close. Maintenance responds quickly and is knowledgeable. We moved here from out of state, not knowing what to expect, but we couldnt be more pleased and thankful.

Feels like a resort.
We’ve lived here almost 3 years, and don’t have anything bad to say. Carl and Lauren in the office are always friendly, and responsive. Mike and Will in maintenance are always very helpful when we have minor maintenance issues. The property itself is nice, and well kept, and the pool is the nicest in town. We recently upgraded to a larger apartment and plan on staying here for several more years (until we buy a house).

The customer service and hospitality given by the office staff is really what got us in. Regardless of how many questions I had and my priorities, they were there to help! Extremely fast with responding which has been amazing since we are in the middle of selling our home and have to do everything at a quick pace. They listened to what I wanted and needed and they delivered! The community looks to be well kept. It was also very quiet. The apartment itself is beautiful. Very spacious, which is a huge bonus, and great amenities! You can tell that the staff takes care of their workplace and gets everything in tip top shape for the next tenant. It was like walking into a brand new complex. I also really appreciate the pet policy, cancellation policy if needed, and the monthly rate itself. Very affordable considering the amazing location!

I have just moved in as of Sept 1st. However, everyone has been very nice and friendly and truly act as though they care about you as a renter. I look forward to seeing how they treat me after being there a few months. As they say "Proof is in the pudding". Outstanding Maintainence and Grounds Crew
I have lived at the Cantare for over a Year and I can't say enough about how well the property and grounds are kept. The grounds crew is always hard at work making sure that the units and outside amenities are the best they can be for the tenants. As a renter, if you ever have a concern, problem or need something fixed -staff is always friendly and approachable.

I would warn anyone about how easy it is to hear your neighbors through the walls, especially when you are on the second floor. The noise transmitted through the third floor wood floor from normal walking was just too much to deal with anymore. The apartments are very nice and I a good location.

Very comfortable, nice area, safe, updated apartments, and I enjoyed living in my apartment for three years. However, the office personnel were not always the friendliest. I think the fees to rent a garage are too high as well as the rent was beginning to be way too high for an apartment which is part of the reason we moved out and bought a home. Sometimes communication was not very well communicated.

I heard people are getting a $300.00 pet deposit, per pet. Say someone who couldn't have kids where to want to move in to your apartment but they have 2 pets, that's more than a 1.60 markup on most people's rent just to comfortably move in-per your requests- Your competitors have a flat fee or even a low monthly fee. I would definitely recommend making the community feel more pet friendly from the get-go. Perhaps get a pet-indemnification holding residents liable for any destructive behavior found during inspections, tenant move outs, and even on the public property of Cantare itself. Reason I bring this up is because I've seen how pet-friendly these apartments are. Just kind of a turn-off having to pay over half a thousand to bring more than one pet.

I have and will Continue to recommend Cantare to everyone!! It is an amazing community in a amazing location! There are 4 of us and we are in a 2 bedroom and there is plenty of room for all of us. I would recommend this apt complex. I do feel as though the concrete areas around the apt doors looks dirty. Stains from leaking garbage or other spills, cigarette butts, litter, etc. It gives a bad first impression. It would be great if those areas could be pressure washed.

My only reservation about the community is the price of water/sewer. We do not use alot of water but our bill is always on the high side. I'm not sure if we are billed by our actual usage of as as a median of everyone's usage in the complex.
