Property Ratings at Cantera Apartments
Not even a month into living here & already my toilet & shower head stopped working. They're gate wasn't working for about 3 months, but oh they were quick to leave notes on door asking for money that we didn't owe. The ladies in the office are very rude & aren't understanding at all. The manager should we really look into hiring people with more customer service.
The assistant manager has a boyfriend that's a cop and they're always harrassing others for having get togethers in their apartment he claims that he gets complaints and funny thing is if there were complaints cops would be called not his phone directly so I'm sure its just her and the people around aren't loud. I wish there was something I could do because they're always trippin and its not fair since I pay rent on time as soon as my lease is over I will never live here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone
I have lived here at Cantera/Pinon Trails apts for almost 10 years now and I am extremely satisfied and happy living here along with many long time neighbors. The prices here are very compatible and reasonably priced, the landscaping and property is very well maintained, is safe & well lit and a gated community. The office staff is great, knowledgeable and very helpful! The property manager Cathy has been here since I've moved in and is professional and very understanding! The maintenance staff is awesome and with many long term professional employees! I can call at any time and of the day and get prompt service. The property has mature landscaping, a great well equipped new gym, 2 new pools, a new and covered playground, 3 newly remodeled laundry rooms, a party/event room residents can use. Place is quiet, safe and close to many businesses, I-10, Cielo Vista Mall and quick routes to Ft Bliss. I have made many lifelong friends and plan to stay as long as they'll have me! Worth a trip here!
As you enter the gated community, you instantly feel welcomed by the greenery of the property. The staff is highly knowledgeable of the well-known area and have excellent-affordable prices. This complex surrounds itself with a quiet neighborhood close to nearby schools, restaurants and stores. Oh! I forgot to mention having two sparkling swimming pools was the best part. Our apartment was completely spotless and was more than spacious for our growing family. The entire property is always maintained to its finest and never kept dull. It seemed like a town within a city. Most neighbors have been living at Pinon Trails for years which comforted my soul that much more. We knew we made the perfect decision in making this our first home.
Apartments are very spacious, management is so welcoming and always responds to issues very fast, community is in a convenient and safe location. Neighbors are friendly and respectful. I have not had a problem at all. Super affordable and worth every penny. We plan to stay for a while!
