All these issues were prior to the new management take over, the new management have things under control. Cantata Apartments is overall a so much better place to live.

Here they take good care of you and make you feel at home. Especially Nora.

Stay away! No security camera or personnel ,leaking sewage everywhere, my car plate number was stolen, another time they broke into our car stole our things Gate is bad, and always wide open, They broke into our home while we were away, stole our Properties including big screen TV,laptops ,clothes and shoes. Neighbors saw our door wide open and called the apartment office to inform them, but they didn’t do nothing till we got back and saw it. They don’t care about residents at all, All they care about is their money. Don’t be deceived The only place they have camera is at their leasing office.

This apartment complex is littered everywhere you turn. It also has several potholes that will leave your tire's flat. They also have several drug addicts that demand you give them money. I also suspected they sell durgs by the mailboxes. Several sketchy characters stand outside all day and night. These apartments do not feel safe. I wouldn't advise any to go out at night here. Management also is very unprofessional and don't care about what problems you have; including maintenance problems. The apartment themselves horrible! You can hear everything from outside which wakes me up at night. They also give very hot because the AC unit are not properly sized for the unit. Basically they'll give you a smaller AC unit that's not rated for your apartment. Also a lot of the rooms are missing likes and ducks which is very odd. Overall I wouldn't recommend these apartment to anyone and have been by far the worst I have ever lived in!

I don't know who wrote the review below but it certainly wasn't someone living in these apartments. I regret the day I moved into these apartments. They are nosey, rundown, dangerous, and managed by the most incompetent people in the world. Don't waste your time moving here. Paying an extra $30 to $50 to live somewhere nicer and safer will be will worth the investment. All of these apartments don't have lights in the bedrooms or living rooms! In addition to adequate lighting, do not have vents in the bathroom. So you can expect to sweat a lot of you take a hot shower. I nor my family feels safe in these apartments. The people here just look at you like they are ready to assault you. There is also a gang that runs these apartments. If you do decide to move into these apartments I would recommend buying a gun.

My apartments provide an affordable place for people to live with their low cost apartments. They're dog friendly and the people here are very nice. They're located right next to an elementary school, so it's great to see all the little kids playing around. The managers take time to clean up the place & if you ever have a problem, they're there to fix it. These apartments are overall an okay place.
