Canterbury is a very small and well taken care property , as well as managment. they took care of me aswell . As a first time renter i was scared to live alone , the property was very accommodated i got to know residents very well almost everyone i met was very nice , Canterbury is a family home i would say its the best community ever , unfortunately i had to move out of state but if i had the chance to apply again i will do it in a heart beat

I lived my worse nightmare next door. When my lease was finally over I knew I had to move out. I visit Canterbury and Ms. Vanessa was very nice and helpful. I've been here for 5 months haven’t requested any repairs yet for maintenance but when I run across them on the property they are very polite. I love my apartment and I will definitely renew.

The apartments are clean and well maintained, with a staff that is very attentive. The pool and community grounds are well maintained also with an emphasis in creating a family friendly environment that provides a safe and quite place to live. The office staff are very accommodating to the needs of residents and provide support to residents when needed. Both Denise and Vanessa do their best to make residents feel at home and providing assistance. I lived here for four years and never had a bad experience.

I just moved in and I feel great in my cozy apartment what I like the most is that is a small property with friendly staff. Repairs are made within 24 hours for being a small property is well kept. If for look for this is the place to be.

I have lived here for five years now and I love it. The location is excellent! I love the front porch. The property is kept clean and attractive. We have all the amenities you could ask for. The complex is very safe. I come home at all hours of the night and this is very important to me. The on-site leasing team and the repair men are very courteous, professional and capable. All repairs are made within a 24-hour period. Management pays attention to our comments and responds in a positive manner. They continuously upgrade the property and for its 46 years it is kept extremely well.

Hello Canterbury Court Management, It's been a Pleasure being a resident of Canterbury Court since moving in FIVE Years ago. I really enjoyed my stay and treasured the wonderful assistance of Property Manager and Leasing Associates I have the privilege of meeting. As First DEAF Gentleman to live here and even referred a friend and his Family. Due to my Job situation, I am relocating out of State and will miss here. I have been here for 3 years well maintained property. The landscaping is very nice and clean. Maintenance is good they always leave me a paper letting me know the problem has been fixed. Ms. Denise in the office is wonderful very helpful and sweet.

I stayed with Canterbury Court because of the customer service and know I could not leave without giving them a review and letting the office staff know that I truly appreciate how they took care of us for a year. To the maintenance crew I just wanted to say thank you so much for all of your help with my apartment for every request I was impressed and grateful for your speed of response you guys are always friendly and courteous. To the staff in the office Ms. Denise thank you for all the kindness you’ve shown for me the length of time I lived there. My name is Larry Lara i live in apt 80 at Canterbury Court I been her for 6 years i enjoy living here. hope sign a new lease in December is quiet and clean here. i enjoyed the outdoor movie provided by management and food that was given also. i hope we have more events like this. Staff is very excellent no complaints very understanding. I would highly recommend living here.

I was new to Houston and didn't know much of the area and the amazing staff at Canterbury Court Apartments helped me not only get an amazing apartment but also get around the area. They let my family and i know where all of the near by grocery stores and schools were. Since the moment i walked into the office i was welcomed by a very friendly staff member, Denise. She showed us the property and answered all of the questions we had about the property and neighborhood. This is by far the best complex that i have lived in. There is a number for maintenance you can call and their response is quick. The property is clean, quiet, and beautiful. It doesn't flood during the rain so that's a plus! Last week we even had a little movie night out on the court where all of the neighbors shared a magical evening. If you're looking for a new home, Canterbury Court Apartments is the place to be. LOVE this property, staff, neighbors, and environment.

I have been a resident for 3 years I like the community and the staff. We have a new manager Ms. Vanessa and she is doing a fantastic job!! Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders and if a part is needed it doesn’t take them weeks to get the part, they are also very polite and professional. They always have cookies great treats this past event was very nice the whole community was together something that hasn't been done here at Canterbury before. This is a small community but well managed.

Just moved in at Canterbury Court, its peaceful and quiet cant complain.

I have been a resident at Canterbury for 1 year and I love it here. Very nice and quiet day and night time. Ms. Denise in the office is wonderful!! very polite and helpful.The maintenance is excellent and professional I like how they always leave a report when they enter my apt. So that I will know they have fixed the problem. I don't plan on moving anytime soon.Canterbury gets my 5 stars.
