Prop manager changed 3 times in year. Rent too high when services (valet trash, pool) not consistently available. Won’t return calls for a week. Washer leaked running all over apartment into hall of building but not important enough to address for 3 days. Maintenance is wonderful but short staffed and terrible management at property. Deposit not returned after 4 months. Used wrong name when they finally call. Initially sent refund to Jacksonville -even though they have forwarding address, moved here from TX and never lived anywhere else in FL. Then wait for duplicate check - confirmed where to send and my name - still no refund. Will not answer or return messages x 1 week. Stay far away -

Don’t move here!!!! Run far past this this place!! Buildings are dirty, valet trash never picks up your trash , trash is always piled up, dog poop all over the the apartment complex and everything gets fixed and always breaks down. The best of all dont plan on sleeping pool party every weekend with loud music and karaoke till 3 AM!!! Puke piles all over parking lot which is disgusting. Tires being slashed!!!Property management is nonexistent. Don’t plan on having a late fee because you will get harassed every time of the day until that late fee is paid or be harassed about getting an eviction. That’s no place to live. Wouldn’t recommend this place to buy my worst enemy!

Wasting the money ! They don’t show you property till you sign the contract. Dirty hallways trash everywhere and smells so bad. DON’T MOVE THERE

I’ve been living here for a few years and every since the management has changed to ZRZ management, the service has been very poor. It’s supposed to be a “gated community” yet the gates are operational once or twice a week. Normally they’re not operational. The maintenance process is very poor and delayed. I’ve been waiting for a month and placed in 3-4 work order for the maintenance team to fix my dryer and it hasn’t been done. The communication skill are bare minimum & the prices are fairly high for the service to not be up to par.

These apartments are terrible! Not worth the money you will pay. The property is dirty. They don’t wash down the buildings, there’s stains in the hallways from people leaving their trash out overnight and the animals tear open the trash bags which leaves stains that will never be cleaned up. There’s dog poop all over the property. Don’t plan on sleeping or working from home here because it is extremely noisy. You can hear everything in the unit next to you and above and below you. Also dogs barking all times of the day. The parking is trash! You can never find parking close to your building because they let visitors park anywhere leaving residents to park far away from their apartment. This place sucks! Save your money and go somewhere else.

Excellent apartment! The office staff is extremely kind and helpful, the units are newly renovated and beautiful, and the pool is wonderful. Any issues that I have had have been quickly fixed by maintenance. This is a very kid-friendly community. Location feels somewhat secluded but is very close to multiple grocery stores, starbucks, wawa, etc. Great place!
As another reviewer said before me, rude and condescending staff. Instead of being helpful will tell you they can't fix your problem and send you on your way. Even though we pay for the things we supposedly get but again, aren't given to us. "Secure" gate that is more nuisance than helpful. We're a "gated" community but people can literally park their car in front of the office and walk around the gate. If they were being bold, could drive into grass and around gate. The cards given to us that are supposed to open the gate never work so people who actually live here are stuck outside. Lots of problems in the apartments that take forever to fix. I don't blame the maintenance staff, but the office staff who never inform them of our repair requests. Overall, don't live here if you can avoid it.

Car tires get stolen and left on bricks. The hallways are dirty garbage left on stairs. Tenants don't pick up after their dogs. Management are not proactive to resolve issues. Letters should be sent out to tenants. Don't move in I guarantee you, you will regret it!
The pictures on the site were not what our apartment ended up looking like. The photos on the site- lets say are a 10. The actual apartment I'll give it a 6.5. We did a site unseen move in. The people who work in the office are great. Polite and helpful. Like any place- the residence are so far- OK Have had a few bad experiences dealing with teens at the pool. No parents in site. Also lots of rule breaking happening. Posted rule talks about glass containers near pool area and I've seen adults horsing around out and inside the pool holding glass bottles of beer. The over all appearance of the community I'd give a 7. You will see a little trash here and there and the grounds are decently kept. Seems there are those that also don't follow rules about trash. They have a trash compactor and a sign that say specifically not to leave trash out side of the compactor and that all boxes must be broken down. Every time I go there I see both bags and boxes laying near but outside the compactor. I could continue of a few minor things but I think I've made my point. If your someone that is easy going and things roll off your shoulders then you could be pretty happy here. I will not renew my lease when it is up.
my husband and i moved in July. really nice pool and gym. the only thing is you can hear every time your neighbor closes any door.
The buildings and apartments themselves are good for the price. The management and office staff are dumb and condescending. Might not be worth having to deal with them for this place.
