Property Ratings at Canterbury Crossing
These apts are great! The new management team has really turned them around for the better. Maintenance is great and quick to fix problems. They are very clean at move in (some other apts I looked at were not) I highly recommend these apts to anybody in the search for a new place.
The new management has done a very good job with taking new residents and making sure the place stays very clean and organized.
Most of the time there is no hot water children can't play outside fue to too much drug activity, can't sit out did ,too many stupid roles, the office staff has no common sense, if you don't want to be with out Hot water don't move to this place.
Warning! Worst office staff and manager in any apartment complex in the state of Texas. Corporate is just as bad! Days and days (9 to 11) without any hot water and no communication from office staff even after numerous calls and complaints to emergency phone line. Was robbed outside my apartment and called onsite security officer never even got a call back. Office staff and manager treats you no better than a piece of trash on the bottom of their shoes. Treats everyone who lives here like we do not deserve respect or communication. I have never been treated as awful as I have been from these “people”. Takes weeks and weeks to get anything fixed. All apartments are infested with roaches but once you sign that lease you are forgotten about until it’s time to renew. Save yourself and go somewhere else. I can not stress how awful they treat their paying residents.
They take forever to get something fixed that breaks in the apt, it's really over priced for what you get. Pool is mediocre. No gym. Kind of a bad neighborhood to be honest, my nephew and nieces stuff get stolen off our patio porch all the time.
