If I could leave negative stars I would. I had reserved an apartment to move into a month in advance. I was moving cross country and they called me four days before my move in to tell me the unit I reserved wasn't going to be available and tried to put me in a unit I did not want. They gave no explanations as to what happened or when it would be ready until I came in person. I now have to spend a fortune on staying at hotels while I find a new place and re-route my furniture and deliveries which is more than a hassle. This was completely unacceptable and to make it worse, they barely even seem apologetic about it. Horrible complex!

The fire alarm goes off every other day which was conserving at first considering the fact that there actually was a fire here once . None of your maintenance request will ever be answered . People have mold , rats , and roaches ( thankfully i wasn’t one of them.) The office staff is VERY rude and dismissive . They never do any grounds work in the apartment . This is literally a last resort. Once you move out you’ll will have to go to court to get your deposit back because they will try to ignore you .

Please find other living arrangements, do not move here. Maintenance never answers requests, the front office staff never answers your questions or concerns. The apartments are in desperate need of complete renovations not the paste and paint jobs they're doing currently. They paint over mold, no pest control roaches are everywhere, HVAC system always leaks and when maintenence does come he uses to YouTube to try to fix the issue. Katrina only wants to collect rent on behalf of Audubon she DOES NOT care about any concerns. Please go somewhere else I know the price maybe enticing but remember you get what you pay for. It is far more better to pay another complex the extra money to live in comfort.

The bottom line is management don’t care. The office staff are incredibly rude and dismissive of any issues and recently threatened residents with eviction if they post untrue negative reviews. All the negative reviews line up with my own experiences: black mould, poorly renovated apartments, weeks of waiting on maintenance requests, trash scattered by the feral cats becasue the trash collection is inconsistent at best, broken playground, the gates are permanently broken, the pool has been closed all summer and people deal drugs in the car parks.

I am very unhappy with this complex and the services they provide. I have lived here for 6 months and have had multiple issues with my unit. On numerous occasions, I have submitted maintenance requests and little to no work has been done on the unit. For instance, the outlets in my kitchen have not worked since I moved in, despite being told that they were fixed. However, the lights work, so unfortunately, it is an electrical problem that has not been addressed. The HVAC system is STILL leaking into my apartment causing damage to my carpet and the floorboard. On top of those issues, my AC is not working properly. I have made at least 9 maintenance requests to get these issues fixed. As for the complex neighborhood, it is not great either. One of the gates to the dog park does not latch properly, which led to my dogs almost getting attacked, as an off-leash dog pushed open the gate and tried to attack them. I am not one to complain, but this is the worst complex I have lived in. I was made false promises to get these issues rectified, was given false promises to break said lease without penalty, or moved to a new unit due to the substantial amount of issues this unit has had. I am extremely frustrated and overwhelmed. This is not okay. Until something gets done, I do not recommend moving to this complex.
By far the worst and most stressful apartment complex. For the following reasons: MOLD, roaches, bad wiring, unsafe area (car was broken into and packages stolen). It is very reasonably priced but NOT even worth the price.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!! Besides the great rate, location, modern looks, and accessibility, the staff treated us like family from the start! The Audabon new management was the best thing to happen to this place I have a feeling! Jourdan, and Katrina works some miricals and are like family to us now! Extremely nice and knowledgeable, move in was easy, and the apartment looked EXSACTLY like the model (which I appreciate after being burned so many times by other apartment complexes!) I appreciate everyone in that office SO much, they really took a lot of stress out of our situation!

Terrible customer service. Arrived early for my scheduled tour and was told that no one could assist me because they were on break. They’ve told me to reschedule twice. Each time I come no one offers any service.
Do not let the pictures mislead you, they will take your money in a heart beat but will give you a run around for anything you need. My apartment had broken parts that maintenance never showed up , its been few months.
They make you jump through so many hoops to rent a apartment. Super fast to take your money but if you need something from them there are all new office people that don't know what to do. There is evidently no record keeping or tracking system in place as to how to correctly calculate a deposit, calculating the many different application and move-in fees, calculating the deposit, signing a lease, lease terms, scheduling a firm move in date, reporting a maintenance issue, waiting on parts, or notifying when work is completed. I'll betcha they collect that rent on the 1st like clockwork! Keep all communications and document everything because the courts will want to see everything!
Please don’t waste your time with this place. It is beyond trash and what you pay is not worth what you get. It’s sad.
This complex has had several different owners/maintenance staff and front office staff members. They all show up with the SAME empty promises but they get comfortable and don’t back anything up. I have been in my unit for two years now and I’m still dealing with the SAME issues and my AC is the main concern so I decided to just leave GA in general. I stayed dealing with Jessica because she’s been here for a minute and she understanding and doesn’t have a nasty attitude like the Tameka chick that’s over her. I gave her play by play and she had no problem letting me leave but her lying supervisor did. This lady lied to my face and told me I had to stay until 6/30 because she has a family moving in 7/1 like ugh there’s no way that can happen. I’m just trying to leave here ASAP and be comfortable elsewhere. Shoot this complex has turned into the hood. Loud neighbors who party 24/7, kids pulling fire alarms and people throwing their trash everywhere BUT the trash bins. Smh. Don’t waste your time on staying here because the front office will be a second home to you.
Long story short...this is an overpriced project. Period. Disgusting breezeways and ponds. A/C is always broken. People pay 2 dollars for rent while you pay full price but can’t get a person to spray for bugs. It’s by request only which is dumb because you can’t spray only one apartment. Trash everywhere!!! Mailboxes stay getting broken into...the maintenance men look like they are high all the time. They just sit by the broken car wash looking stupid. Trash all on people’s patios. You would think I would move after 10 years but rent is so expensive in other places. I’m staying to stick it out but there are nicer places worth the money because this place is not. It’s been 4 management companies in a year. Oh sis I forgot the creepy guys that loiter all night long. Some days I’m scared to even get out of my car.
My friend had a fire in her apartment about a week ago, a very small fire. The APARTMENT MANAGER KEEPS GIVING HER THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WHEN SHE WILL BE BACK IN HER APARTMENT. SHE HAS BEEN OUT OF FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS NOW AND THEY KEEP SAYING THE SAME THING. YOU WILL BE BACK IN YOUR APARTMENT TOMORROW AND THE NEXT DAY AND THE NEXT DAY AND NOTHING HAPPENS. NOT ONLY THAT THERE ARE 2 OTHER UNITS IN THE SAME SITUATION BECAUSE THEY ARE BEING TO LAZY TO DO THERE JOB. IF YOU ARE THE APARTMENT MANAGER DO YOUR JOB THAT WHAT YOU GET PAID TO DO MAKE SURE YOU TENANTS ARE COMFORT AND ENJOY THERE STAY AT THE APARTMENTS THAT THEY ARE PAYING FOR. THE APARTMENT MANAGER NAME IS JESSICA. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS PLACE
Roaches and they refuse to spray all buildings. Something about the contact doesn't state they have to spray all units only when you call. Trash!!! Everywhere!!! The trash overflows all the time and sometimes it'll be 2 months before the trash is picked up so you can imagine the filth. They do not power wash the buildings anymore. It's been years since they've done it. Kids are all over and running up and down the stairs. Drug dealers outside. The pond has trash and everything else you can imagine. My florescent light bulbs that they are responsible for changing are still out, I have to wash clothes in the dark laundry room. Everyone has a nasty attitude and I've seen Shante roll her eyes and say "whatever" to another resident because she turned in her notice to vacate. But can you blame her? Let's not get on the fact that they threatened to add fees for other people's trash onto your rent or the fact that they were adding fees for not having keys to some apts. Not our fault we are the residents. They blamed it on prior management. Everything is prior management. Oh the pot holes. But careful or your car will have a blow out or damages to your rear end. Let's not get on the mailboxes that were broken into and we didn't have access to our mail for 6 months, even during Christmas. The mail was being taken to the office and I overheard them saying that they gave away packages to the wrong people "Macy's packages" Ummm shall I continue??!! Only reason I stayed is because the rent is cheap compared to Pooler where it's cooler. But I'm house hunting instead. This review from last year is a lie and they obviously paid this person or something. They just had break ins last year, someone stole a lady's Mercedes, and not to mention all the stolen cars that were found last week. Oh and the wiring is bad, an apartment caught on fire. And the cause was bad, cheap wiring. That's exactly what the worker said.

Management does not take the time to keep these apartments looking nice. The pavement is disgusting, the trash is always overflowing, and the office staff are rude. I've been living here for 2 years and I can't wait to leave. It would be nice if the steps could be pressure washed every once in a while.. I would like for my outside to look nice when company comes over. But I guess I get what I pay for, since rent is so cheap

I've lived in the Oaks At Brandlewood for 2 years and I can honestly say that my stay is very pleasant. The office staff are very nice and understanding as well as the maintenance men. When there is a problem with something that needs to be fixed ,they are quick on arrival. I feel safe in the environment that I'm in and would most definitely recommend these apartments to friends and assoc.
