Beautiful Place to Live
I lived here for a year from 2021-2022 and it was a great place to live with excellent management. I left a year ago to return back to the Bay Area where I am very happy! But, deJavu brought me back. I hope new renters will enjoy Canyon 35 the way I did!

Great security
Perfect covered parking for you and your guests, in a gated community where you can feel secure at all times, Easy walking distance to food, convenience stores and thrift shop. Very well maintained grounds and friendly and bilingual maintenance/office staff. My husband and I are very comfortable with our pets in our roomy two bedroom apartment. We enjoy our spacious bedroom with its walk-in closet and easy access bathroom. Not to mention the lovely kitchen and living room. i
