Staff and maintence are great. We love the apartment and the balcony we love the creek and the trees and the squirrels. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms fits our needs perfectly. It is also quiet and we don't have a ton of neighbors because the apartments are spaced well and there is one one person living above us. Where it is lacking is the single panned windows our excell bill is too high because we cannot keep our place warm or cool enough with poor window quality. Also our car has been stolen two seperate times and our mailbox broken Into several times. Needs more security.

For the most part love this place. Wish the hallways would be cleaned with blower. Cob webs, leaves, etc ! Dog poop ongoing issue, glad put flyers up recently & not just my building like done at first. Dont inderstand why Cat owners pay same pet rent as Dog owners? Cats dont require pick up bags & maintance to pivk up after them so should be charged less. Nice & quite here. Office personnel & most maintanace personnel very nice & helpful.

Canyon Chase is a quiet complex. Other residents are respectful differently. I enjoy the mature landscaping, and the Creek that runs behind my building that gives it a home feeling Rather than commercial. The maintenance guys are on the move all day long, making sure any issues gets their Attention in a timely matter.

The place is nice, clean, and quiet. I wish there was more covered parking. There really is no reason there couldn't be more...... That's the only thing I am not a fan of, it seems like a strange way to charge residents extra money.

I love these apartments! My favorite part of the apartment complex is the maintenance team, they shovel all the walkways/outside stairs and complete maintenance requests in a very timely manner. My two quarrels with the apartment complex is the removal of the hot tub and the lack of security. There have been multiple circumstances of cars getting stolen/broken into.

I sometimes feel like I live at a wildlife reserve. The raccoons and skunks not to forget the coyotes howling. Then there’s all of the birds. Chickadee and downy woodpeckers as well as beautiful little finch. You may hear the hootie hoo hoo from an owl during the night. During the day you can talk to the squirrels, crows, magpies and blue jays.
