The gas has been off for two weeks now can't cook shower nothing this ain't the first time like seriously be on it and get it fixed the way management is when rent is due smfh
When i first moved in here , one of the ladies promised us a “special promotion” when we mention her name and what she said . We were told she can’t do that . So basically they lie to get you to sign here. The apartments are old , for what they go for . The only fancy thing the apartment has is the nest A/C and the dishwasher . The parking is a nightmare , it is right next to 2 other apartment complexes and the street is packed . You have to be put on a “wait list “ to get an extra parking spot. If I’m offering to pay more money for a spot , just take it !
I highly recommend canyon club apartments because my one bedroom is very roomy and I have my own private patio to relax. The grounds are well taken care of and the leasing office is always nice. I see security in the evening which makes for a safe atmosphere and the gym is a big plus for me to use at night. This has been a great place to live.
I started apartment hunting a few months ago and have visited several apartments in the Upland area.Some were pricey and you didn't really get a lot for the price or the bedrooms were too small. I came across Canyon Club, I decided to go take a tour. The nice lady showed me their model which I guess has been recently remodeled. It was really pretty but thats not what got me, it was the size of the room and space in general. I really liked it. It is definitely worth it for the price in the area. The move in process was smooth. Hopefully I will continue to have a positive experience here!I like that they send out monthly newsletters to keep us informed on whats going on. The reason I give four stars is parking. but it really isn't that big of deal, me and my family are able to work out a method.
No parking and your vehicle most likely will get broken into. Mine did and so have alot of my neighbors. Ive seen a car on cinder blocks missing its rims and tires inside the complex. Meatinance is fast but you'll be calling them once a week for different things. For the price and the area i would not recommended this place to anyone.
Very spacious..,cool balcony.., nice carpet..., Extra bathroom space.., I visited a couple of times and plan on renting a 2 bedroom in the future.
Worst complex!!!! NO parking and prepare to have your car/storage unit broken into. People bringing in random people all day and squat in vacant apartments. Neighbors are super inconsiderate so don't expect any sleep (especially nights). Our apartment has been deteriorating over time as well and was very sloppily put together upon move-in. "Security" gate works sometimes and security itself is a JOKE. They don't resolve any issues regarding break-ins or noise control and take over an hour to arrive. Few machines actually work at the gym and management has yet to fix them. This place has great potential, but wow does it fall short. People steal laundry and the grounds are filthy. Trash and dog poop everywhere. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Literally counting the days until our contract expires.
They are currently renovating both the indoor and outdoor spaces, new paint job on the exterior and new tile on the interior, etc. The common areas are well maintained and staff are friendly and helpful but they can be difficult to get a hold of them sometimes. The laundry facilities do need a bit more upkeep but they work (The residents themselves are very disrespectful with the equipment/don't pick up after themselves - trash bins always a mess). They have a new security company they use that is friendly and prompt. The landscaping is great, but you do occasionally find trash where the kids play. The parking situation is terrible. You have 1 assigned spot but there aren't enough spaces for everyone that actually resides in the apartments. The location is great, nearby a local coffee shop, ice cream shop, awesome burger place, cupcake place, tire stores, basically everything you need is within reach by car, bike or just walking! :)
