Safe, clean, and quiet place to live. Great location. Property manager Mandi and her assistant Jean were professional, helpful and accommodating, so thank you. I really enjoyed my residence there.
My husband and I have lived here for a few months now and we have enjoyed living here. They are clean and spacious apartments. The management is great, easy to talk to, and are quick to respond when you have questions. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. They are in a great location and close to the freeway.
I enjoy living in the canyon cove apartments. It’s quiet and safe. I like that the office is close by and they respond to emergencies quickly. Very nice management.
I love this place...starting from location to neighbors, community, property maintenance everything is so pleasing and comfortable.... special thanks to property manager Mandi for understanding n being always available...Canyon coves is the only place where I get the felling of home sweet home...
I love my apartment! The location is perfect, the community is great, the apartments are large and open and the quality is above and beyond what I would expect in a rental. I have covered parking with no additional costs! From experience, that is a luxury.... Management is helpful and knowledgeable. Property is beautiful and maintained well. I can see why there are tenants who have moved out of town before only to return to Canyon Cove! That says a lot about a rental property.
I requested a 2 bedroom ground floor unit and the Apartment manager was so accommodating to make sure I had what I needed in a timely manner.
This is a great place to live. Large, nice apartments. Great location with shopping close by. Friendly management that really cares about the people living there.
These apartments are great! Good location, quiet area, great neighborhood, awesome manager. The negative: We were promised a covered parking spot close to our apartment given that we have 4 kids and the winters can be quite icy. We have had several injuries due to the walk to the car in the morning to go to school. We finally are offered the closer spot by the manager and the assistant manager threw a fit that SHE deserves it as a perk. The owner wound up giving the spot to her instead after we had already been parking there for 3 days. If you want a great apartment in a great location, this is your place. If you want to be promised one thing only to have whiny lesser management be rewarded for being cry babies, then I would look elsewhere.
