We love it here! Canyon Creek has been a great first place for my husband and I to live. It is very clean, well kept and friendly! Our number one priority in looking for a place to stay was safety and Canyon Creek had exceeded those expectations. Quiet nice place to live, everything you need is in a close proximity. You are surrounded by tall trees that make you feel like you are in the forest, at least where my apt is located towards the back! The ladies in the front office are very kind and personable.

Canyon Creek apartments is a lovely community with large units with lots of space. Great club house and a good gym. All apartment sizes are very spacious. Large patios.

Not Worth Living Here
They barely sent out emails when events are happening during the day. Until the last minute. Parking lots are always full of unassigned cars who don’t live here. They lie about it being at there lowest cost when your basically paying for water and city fees. I will never recommend any friends or family to moving here.

I really like living here. Our grounds are kept pretty good. I love the view from my apartment . If something needs to be fixed it gets fixed with in a good time frame.

I have lived at Canyon Creek for 18 years and have been very happy here. The office team are wonderful and friendly and I always get a smile and a wave from the maintenance crew. My dog is a great judge of character and she loves the whole crew and gets very excited to say "hi" to them. A great place to live!

Community manager does not hide that she is tired or upset. Parking provided on ramps where previously dumpsters had been is narrow. And if you park there your tires will fit perfectly in the space but also unavoidably be outside the fire lane labeled on the curb which leads to unjustified towing which will not be compensated, while others park the same and are left alone for weeks. Maintenance will assess one issue but not the full problem. After the washing machine sensor went out and my kitchen flooded they only checked on the washing machine and offered me rags for the kitchen, now the kitchen cabinets have moisture in them and may contain mildew.

The community is well maintained, I love that the walls are thicker and I can't hear the neighbors next to me or across the hall, which means they probably can't hear my TV/music either. I love it here.

Canyon Creek has been a great place to live so far, it's only been 2 weeks. I appreciate how animal friendly they are and how the staff helped me get into a unit as fast as possible. This location is close to all my shopping needs and short drive to I-5. Additionally, the Amazon Prime locker has been a big plus!

I would not live here and you shouldn’t either. The management is incompetent, we haven’t had mailboxes for 5 months, they only care about charging you fees and not residents concerns, it’s a no from me.

A company that regularly tries to find new ways to nickel & dime you, doesn't always hold up their end of the lease agreement, isn't as involved in policing and maintaining the premises at large as they should and has unreasonable frequency (and times) about needing unsolicited/non-emergency access to your apartment.

Very corporate. They oftentimes do not follow the lease agreement they have with me and generally, such as how water and sewage is billed.

The management and leasing agents are wonderful. The apartment complex is pretty and its in a good neighborhood. People dont pick up after their pets here and its pretty bad.

My experience applying and viewing apartment complexes has not always been the best, not until I found Canyon Creek Apartments. I always read reviews before applying to apartments and majority of reviews I have read on other apartments were consistently negative when it came to management and apartment complex as a whole, and usually turned out to be true when I visited those places. That is what stood out about Canyon Creeks reviews was all the positive statements about management which gave me motivation to view and apply at Canyon Creek. I can absolutely say that all the positive reviews were true and I am happy and content with our decision to move here. My interactions with staff and neighbors has been so positive and I would recommend this place to anyone!!!
