I love my apartment here at Canyon Crest. The maintenance team great. Clint, Nicole and Reyah always handle my work orders in a timely and professional manner and Alex is always hard at work keeping the complex clean and maintained. The office staff here is really helpful as well. Reese and Devonte have always been really warm, friendly and welcoming anytime I have come to the leasing office. The location here is perfect. All of my necessities are well within walking distance.

The office staff Reese and Devante along with maintenance staff Clint, Rayau, Alex, and Nicole at canyon crest are a amazing team compared to some other places I've lived who make sure that things get done when needed and try there best with what they have available. The layouts of the apartments are very spacious and make it comfortable to live along with the neighbors all being respectful to each other! Overall I would recommend living here for the long term especially since you don't have to worry about utilities which is a plus!

Very Happy with the Improvements
I don't need a lot of bells and whistles. I just need my home to be well cared for, a responsive management and to keep seeing improvements. I pay my rent on time every time and I have been getting the same reliability from management in the last year and a half.

Though Arioso has had more than its share of problems, I am happy to say that security is much improved. In former days, Arioso apts. were luxury apts. and are larger than many others in town. This has been important for me, since I moved from a house into an apartment. A recent problem was taken care of in a timely manner and I am comfortable living here.

Arioso Is a decent place to live and the rent's not too bad compared to the average price is nowadays per month. The community is nice and friendly (most but not all as I have met some people who just give me a glare but most likely they just want to keep him themselves and that's respectable in their own right). My apartment has a lot of space for me my wife and our son. The location is convenient for parks and grocery stores for any of those quick trips. My apartment seems to be slowly falling apart though, and I'm actually very disappointed and sad because I was excited about moving here as I live on the first floor.. 1.When it rains, my patio is immediately flooded where the sandbags that was provided to us, did nothing and the rain soaked into my living room and my son's room completely soaking the carpet to where I had to go to Walmart and buy a carpet cleaner and spent 2-3 hrs sucking up the water from the carpet. 2.There are lots of black widows ants and cockroaches from my kitchen and my patios to where I'm constantly spraying to get them out. 3. The ceiling above me has a huge mold spot and seems to be growing bit by bit. As last night it had seemed okay, but now as I'm running this cracks have formed to where it looks like it might cave in my living room. The staff themselves have been very friendly and professional on trying to maintain the highest standards that they can and I respect them for it and they deserve love themselves and are very kind to all the tenants, but I'm afraid of what else I'm going to have to face to keep my family safe by just living in our own home. Considering I'm already battling a roof almost caving in, flood waters,and different insects ...??? ?? ??.

Don't Rent here go somewhere else
I have been here almost a year and it took me to call code enforcement in order for them to fix anything in my apartment that was wrong with it, ROACH INFESTED!!! The air conditioner is not working in a couple of these buildings and they have not fixed them yet!!! The Only staff at the office Devante is very helpful The manager is very Rude!!. But they will show you a model apartment which is nice to reel you in...

Everybody just trying to make it here,
We haven't even finished our lease yet. This is a place for the desperate. We will only renew lease if we can't afford anything else (which is most likely, we desperate). Most notable bits are: -Homeless wander here sometimes. Snoozing in hallways for short periods of time during the daytime. -New staff every few months so tracking apartment issues is difficult since staff are always changing. -The grounds are generally unkept (pet poop all over the place) and the pet poo cans are always full. Nasty tenants and almost always full dumpsters don't help. Missionaries most often clean the grounds. Our favorite protest was "Ew, it stinks!" signs stuck INTO the poop piles recently. -During last winter storm several pathways iced over and were not sprinkled with litter till most of the ice was already gone DAYS later. -Pest control is all on you and everyone we have talked to (about 10 other tenants total) has had or has roaches even with the apartment's "spraying" (they just spray the vents). -Best summary of the problem types of tenants here: The complex had to ask tenants to not leave pets out on balconies for the bathroom as it was falling to 1st floor patios. -The indoor pool is permanently decommissioned. -Outdoor pool is "pending" inspection. -Fitness center is never actually open. -The playground 100% NOT recommended. -The dryers are inconsistent and have build up of some gray/black sort in most. -Drug deals are common in the back parking areas. Seems people don't care as long as it stays quiet. -Apartments are flipped within days of eviction/move out. INSPECT that apartment because they likely didn't do everything they said they did. Also likely will not get everything needed done before you move in. -Our bathroom walls have been oozing nicotine smoke build up. -persistent ROACHES. Pros: Cheap for the desperate. A/C and Heating works. None of my appliances have outright broke. Though only two working stove burners exist AND oven temperature nob is inconsistent so buy an oven thermometer. The paint they used to cover up the nicotine smoke build up was ALMOST undetectable except for a poor vendor paint job and the oozing bathroom walls.

Arioso has been nothing but a disappoinment. I was excited to have two bathrooms, but only one has a shower. I was excited to have two pools, but they kept weird hours and then closed for COVID and I've never even been in them. I was excited to have air conditioning, and it's been broken more often than it's worked for both summers that I've lived here. On top of that, it's infested with cockroaches despite constant reassurances that pest control is taking care of it. On top of that, my rent went up, and they can apparently afford to repaint all the units when they can't afford to fix the air conditioning? I am completely fed up and if I could afford to live anywhere else I would move in a heartbeat.
