I’ve filled an application and paid the fees the lady I talked too said it failed because I have no income to show when I already told her I left my job because I’m getting a new one over there she told me she was gonna Edit it and get back to me I’ve called multiple times today and yesterday and no one answeres
Canyon View is an amazing place. Managment was responsive to any questions we had, they helped so much with our leasing process and always were willing to sit and chat to answer our questions and make sure they meet our needs. The community, location, landscape, parking, and amenities are all amazing. I haven't loved a place more.
DIRT, DIRTY, DIRTY – and Unresponsive The outside common areas are well-maintained, but inside is a very different story. The carpets in from on elevators are heavily stained, the stairwells have massive hairballs or the concrete is deeply blacked with grime, and the elevator lights have thick dirt and debris in them. There is also a line of dried liquid running across the front of one. Hallways to the apartments vary, but the first 50 feet or so is pretty dirty. I have been here two months and have yet to see any area vacuumed, much less shampooed. Residents told me they are cleaned maybe every six months. The leasing agent said every two weeks. Some highly visible surfaces, like the panel between the elevators, are badly in need of painting. The day I moved in I was appalled at how grimy the interior common areas are. I told both leasing agents and the manager that this was the dirtiest place I’d ever lived in. Blank stares from all – and no action. Submitted a community work order two weeks ago – nothing done. When I spoke to a leasing agent, she told me they only have two maintenance people and one was in the hospital. Told me something pretty similar the time when I followed up before. This time, was told I would have to speak to the manager during the work week, where presumably I am expected to take time off from work to get them to do their job. They did repaint my door, but did a lousy job. When I received an email asking if I was satisfied, I indicated I was not. No follow-up. I then reported it to a leasing agent two weeks ago. No action. In the past five years, I have lived in apartments in Texas, Georgia, Alabama, and Colorado. Never experienced anything like this, even though the rent in EL Paso was about half of what Canyonview Crossing gets.

Hello Anonymous, We believe you intended to post to Canyon View Crossing Apts, instead of us, Canyon View. We are a beautiful garden style community with no elevators. Many communities have hard to reach office staff, but we pride ourselves on being very available to residents with multiple options for communication. We also have great emergency response. We are nearby to Canyonview Crossing so occasionally people mix up our names, but if you are looking for somewhere better to enjoy where you live, please do come see us at the Good Canyon View! Good luck!
I am halfway through my eight year. If I didnt enjoy living here I wouldnt have renewed for my 9th year. I love the surroundings, appreciate the maintenance team and the management team!

The management at this complex is incredibly hard to work with. Both women in the office are extremely rude and never have seemed to care about any concerns we have had or reasoning with us and are arrogant when it comes to trying to have a conversation via phone or in person. Maintenance guys are the bomb and have always helped extremely quick with any issues in the apartment! Too expensive for what it is as well.
Have lived here for over 2 years now and our experience has gone from 5 stars to 1-2 stars. The management has unfortunately become increasingly less friendly, there are unending construction related projects/noises going on all the time, new complaints in one form or another are frequently placed on tenants doors. If there is something to complain about, you better believe they will happily do so. The new valet team is a huge disappointment over complicating and changing up the rules regularly. They are hands down the greediest complex I’ve ever dealt with charging absurdly inflated fees left and right. Zero sympathy for any of the tenants. They couldn't make things much more of a headache. Can sadly no longer recommend Canyon View Apartments as a place to live to anyone. Anxiously awaiting the day our contract ends as of course they make it EXTREMELY expensive to end your contract early or alternatively a huge headache to transferring the contract. Beginning to feel trapped.

I would like to personally recommend Canyon View Crossing Apartments. Not only are they reasonably priced, but the office staff and maintenance staff are all truly amazing people who care deeply for their residents. My move in was smooth and I feel very comfortable here. I am thrilled and honored to be able to live here!
Canyon View Crossing Apartment’s have been so good to us! We have lived here for two years and have never had any problems! The management is incredible and so willing to work with you, the maintenance guys are on the ball with fixing things, and the environment and people living here are wonderful. It’s such a fun community to be a part of. Another great thing is that if you are a gym- goer the gym is never full! It’s always accessible, which I personally have loved. Between the amenities and the wonderful customer service we have experienced I can honestly say that I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone.
I’ve lived at Canyon View Crossing for 2 years and have been extremely happy. The apartment itself is very modern, nice, and affordable. The complex is very nice as well, and has a lot of great amenities that we use all the time. The management here has treated us so well, and goes out of their way to make sure our needs are met. I’m very glad we moved here, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone!
Awesome place to live great amenities in the renovated models stainless steel appliances are awesome the washer and dryer are like double the size of the model not renovated yet. Nice friendly environment as I suffer from high social anxiety I feel comfortable enough with the staff I can talk with them and not go into a panic attack. Which is why I have a service dog as he goes everywhere with me and the staff is very understanding and such they love my little guy but he is loved everywhere he goes. The one bedroom fits a king size bed very nice we have 2 night stands one on each side and have still so much room to walk around the closets are nice. The bathroom has the curved pole so the shower curtain goes outward makes it so you feel very comfortable. It's well lit at night time around the building and into the parking lot. They do have doggie waste stations with bags and a garbage to throw away the poop which is nice. All in all I'm very happy hear and it's a good community I highly recommend living hear.

The ladies in the office are personable and nice and the clubhouse is nice; if I ever utilized it much. I've only been here for soon to be 4 months and it seems if it isn't one thing, its another issue being had in our apartment. I feel for the amount being paid in rent and mandatory valet trash, problems would be more quickly taken care of. It takes a day or two to get your request answered, and then another day for it to be resolved. Sometimes a couple of processes for the same issue. The plumbing and appliances giving out make me get the inkling I've been signed into a lemon lease. Getting a call back to messages left with the office are very hit and miss too. I'm riding out my lease at this point.

Management is terrible! Non-responsive! They charge you for valet trash service - $25.00 for nothing! They gave someone else my parking space and continued to expect me to pay for it. They claimed they didn't and expected me to talk to the person about it. 3 months later when I complained for the 4th time they came back and told me they had double assigned it but no offer for a refund! They have ridiculous penalties if they thing you are late and in general are more interested in taking your money than in making sure you're happy there.
When we went to move in our apartment "wasn't ready" and we needed to wait until the next day. The place was dirty when we moved in, had to completely deep clean ( which doesnt make sense because when you move out they charge you an 85$ cleaning fee...Even though we deep cleaned before we left.) They NEVER completed our work orders and continually said they "Never received it" Even though we filled it out in the main office. When we moved out they charged us over 400 dollars in fees. The biggest one they wanted us to replace the ENTIRE carpet- even though when we moved in it had stains ALL OVER. Over all , dont move here. It is over priced and you would be better off else where.

Know that most of the 5 star reviews are from people who were bribed by this company. When I went in to put in my 60 day notice, they had acknowledged that they had bad reviews, and we're willing to hand out gift cards to people who came in showing that they put good reviews. Take the good reviews with a grain of salt. This Honestly the worst place I've lived. I was very excited to move in after seeing the example house which is very well kept up and nice. We had asked if we can see the room before we sign the contract and they said that they are unable to show it until we move in. We trusted them. Big mistake. We moved in and the place was "alright" but nothing like what we saw and for the price we were paying. The windows had a missing screen with parts of the blind broken. The carpet was disgusting. The garbage disposal smelled horrible and on and on the list went. We were told to write a work order, which we did, on everything so we wouldn't get billed for it. We were told that we should have someone come by to fulfill the work order within about 10 days. Never heard from them. A couple months passed and we filled out another work order. Again nothing. My wife and I at this point just sucked it up and kept going. Then time comes by for us to move out, we get everything in order, pack up and leave. They tell us that they need our address to send us our deposit. I asked if they could just direct deposit it. They replied saying that they are unable to which made zero sense until I realized they do that so they can email you the total BILL of everything you originally put in the work order that never got done!! I got a bill for $465.08 and that's including the deposit I "would be recieving". They are charging $365.00 for new carpet which I would understand if we were the ones who caused it. The missing screen, the broken blinds, damage to things that were already done, but because they somehow didn't have our work order on file, that they assume we did it. I can't believe how unorganized this company is, and then go out of their way to charge you for all of their mistakes they made! I'm currently in the process of getting this revised but no matter the result my review will stay the same. Again I've never had such a bad time and have never felt so screwed over from renters. If at all possible spend your money elsewhere, cause this company is full of idiots and crooks.

Rating has gone from 1-star, to 3-stars, back to an indefinite 1-star rating. Our overall 2 year experience was terrible at this complex. Terrible neighbors, overpriced units for what you get, and AWFUL management. A new manager was hired the last few months of us being here which helped a little bit (thus the change to 3-star) but we got a debt collection call this morning saying we owed money towards the complex. However a check was filled out, and sent to the complex, and cashed, and even shows on their own website in our account that it was paid. And yet their staff is so incompetent to even check their own records properly to see this. I do not recommend anyone live here, ever.

The pool area is great for family get together and it a nice place to do on a hot summer day. The grounds are kept very nice and if you keep in touch with them they are willing to work with you. We have had a very nice experience.
