I have been living in the community since 2018. I absolutely love everyone here, If there is a maintenance issue it is handled within a few hours normally. The office staff is also always so accommodating and helpful whenever a problem arises. I would recommend the community to anyone

Environment is well looked after. Seems maintenance is doing a great job to care for the community. Staff is friendly and helpful. Seems peaceful. Staff does a great job having events to socialize with tenants. Overall my experience here is great.

I have greatly enjoyed living at the Canyons at Saddle Rock. The apartment was well-maintained and in good condition when I moved in. The management staff has been friendly and very easy to work with. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and fully. The complex is well-maintained and the amenities are great.

I recently went to tour at Canyons and I had a wonderful experience! The front desk girl was very nice and made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked into the door. She offered us water and was happy to show us the apartments we were interested in. The office was beautiful and looked like they really care about their residents. This is definitely a place we would want to live.

Overall Canyons is a peaceful, and convenient place to reside
This is a nice place great staff and maintenence answers fast if there is ever a issue.
Staff is great prices are high for rent but it a great place to live.
Great place, nice amenities, reasonably priced, quiet. Sparse parking with a policy regarding such that makes it nearly impossible to have guests over is frustrating.
The Canyons to me is a great place to live comfortably in a nice place within a nice environment ??
We love it here at the Canyons! It is a very clean and quiet community. The office and maintenance staff have always been very responsive to our needs and concerns. The only negative so far has been parking. There isn’t enough parking for the rent that we pay.
I have lived here 7 years and the maintenance staff has always been great, but the office staff has no customer service.
These apartments suck, leasing office barely answers their phones as well as will send you straight to voicemail and never call you back. I have called at least 10 times in one day with no answer during business hours for Reyes they open to hopefully call but no one will respond. Maintenance rarely comes to fix anything that’s wrong in the apartment as well as they are always detailing and repainting stairs every other week and it takes them longer than the time they’re supposed to be done doing the stairs. No parking whatsoever I had to park at the gas station across the street multiple times and been told that my car will be towed if I park there due to the fact I live in the apartments that are across the street from the gas station. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone it was the worst first year living on my own and if I could take it back I would definitely help move somewhere else!
This community is Amazing. I am going on 5 plus years here and it feels like a true community. The maintenance team always goes above and beyond to help with any service needs you have. I would highly recommend this place to anybody.
Seriously never any parking for actual residents with parking passes. On my LONG WALK to my building every night I pass at least 10-20 cars with no parking passes. Management has done nothing! Towing company will only come tow violators if the Management requests it but of course that doesn't seem to ever happen. I've lived here not even a month yet and I am beyond fed up with the parking situation and based on reading past reviews this has been a problem for YEARS with no solution in sight. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Property appears neat and clean on the exterior, which was part of the reason I chose Canyons over some newer properties in the area. Driving through the property, I noticed a great curb appeal.
Canyons at Saddle rock is a great place for anyone who wants to live in family friendly, dog friendly, and peace and quiet living situation.
Wonderful place to call "home" and shopping is relatively easy and requests are usually handled within a day.
Whenever I talked to or met with any of the office staff they were always smiling and helpful never seemed annoyed

Parking here is ABSOLUTELY horrid! Tonight makes the 7th night in a row where I have had to pray that I would find parking and ?there were no LEGAL parking spaces readily available. A little background: most of the parking on my end of the complex is parallel? parking (with actual lines painted to show you where your car can go). On 1/25/2018, I drove around my complex for OVER TWO HOURS looking for parking, I did not physically step into my apartment until 2:01 AM on 1/26/2018 after parking 5 minutes away, but still parking nonetheless. The next morning I spoke with leasing office rep about my terrible experience, and she told me that they were aware of the parking situation, that they needed A FEW WEEKS to fix the issues. She told me that she made changes with the associated towing company so the tenants could call them to remove unauthorized vehicles. I asked her if there was enough parking on the premises for every unit and she said yes. She told me I could rent a carport or a garage for guaranteed? parking at an additional fee on top of my already high rent. She sent me on my way with an apology and a smile because those two things make everything alright. On 1/28/18, I was actually hesitant to get groceries because I was nervous about parking. My woes were just: 30 minutes later I found a spot in front of the leasing office, then proceeded to lug my groceries across the complex. While I was lugging my groceries, I decided to humor the leasing rep and I checked EVERY-SINGLE-VEHICLE on my way to my building for parking permits and they all had one. I returned to the complex at around 1:20 AM tonight, I didn't find a spot until over an hour and a ?half later. After the first 10 minutes of searching, I called the towing company. They told me that the terms of their contract with Canyons had been updated yesterday (so 1/30/18) to allow them to only immediately tow a vehicle is for 1 of 3 reasons: a vehicle parked in the fire lane, a vehicle parked illegally in a handicap space, or a vehicle that is parked in front of the caller's designated space. Not to tow any unauthorized vehicle like the leasing rep stated a week ago. So, I was yet again without assistance, I seriously debated on parking somewhere I probably shouldn't, and just sleep in my car until the morning. But one last lap around the complex yielded? a parking space, on the other side of the leasing office. I do have a lovely view of the mountains from my apartment (1BR/1BA)
While I concur with the previous reviews regarding the jaw-dropping manner in which Alliance is running this once great complex into the ground, my chief complaint revolves around their annoying (borderline illegal) business practices. After moving out of my unit last July (on the date specified on my signed copy of the lease) the company began attempting to collect several hundred dollars in rent for the following month, insisting that I had returned the keys ~5 days later than I actually did. Long story short I'm now fighting with a collections agency over this company's either incompetent or malicious employees. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
Parking is TERRIBLE! Cost of covered parking and garages high. Customer service is awful. Alliance, the company that manages, only cares about money, not the renters. They've reduced amenities twice in the last month. Cheap rent, cheap living experience. Go somewhere else!
You'll never be able to park in front of your own building. There's just not enough. Garages and covered spaces are expensive and they rarely have any available near your unit. Customer service is poor, they don't respond to complaints or inquires unless in person. Gym is abysmal.
We rented a 3 bedroom apartment and had a great experience. It was very spacious, updated kitchen and great staff. We had to move to westminster and did not find anything close to these apartments for the price. We loved the neighborhood as well, close to many stores.
