The Cape Harbor Apartments are in a wonderful location. It has nice amenities and they have done a lot of work to upgrade said amenities. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond and Byron and Brandy in the office are awesome. On the downside, the non-renovated units are rundown and rent is entirely too expensive.

Moved in on Friday. It was extremely quiet and well lit outside at night. Love the double locked doors. Slept all through the night for the first time in a while.

Nice staff very helpful it is a great place to live. I like the pool and workout room and also the pet washing station. The barbecue pit by the pool is awsome .

Great staff, great maintenance, great location, cool amenities. The un renovated units are run down and are literally falling apart, but they won’t do anything about it until after you move out. Also, there are no lights in the bedrooms.

We just moved in on the 31st. While the process was very stressful since our app decided to not work all the leasing agents were right by our side helping us along the way. We finally got our payment through with the help of the leasing agents and were able to move in. Sandra who helped from the very start since our tour was amazing. She was patient and didn’t mind all the questions we had. She made the process as painless as possible and even made sure our new home was perfect for us. We absolutely love our new home it is more than we could ever ask for. Myself, my partner, and our dog has never been happier. 10/10 definitely recommend. This place is amazing!

I really like living here! Amenities are plenty and the on site staff is as good as it comes... friendly, accommodating,and personable! They keep the grounds well manicured and I personally appreciate the trash pick up.

Cape harbor keeps up with all the maintenance, and it's a very nice place to live. It is very convenient to alot of the shops around, and all the local stores.

Love it here so far! Haven't lived here long but the office staff is friendly, pool area was recently redone and is beautiful, the apartments are cozy and quiet. So nice to be near a park too.

Very friendly and quiet neighborhood. There are many dogs that are friendly as well. I like the amenities. The pool is great right now because it’s so hot.

The staff and Maintenance are phenomenal. I do wish I hadn’t moved in here sight unseen though. The un renovated units like the one I rent, are literally falling apart. If you move here, make sure it’s into a renovated unit because once you’re in, they will not renovate until after you move out. I wish they would allow us to transfer our lease to a renovated unit free of charge.
We have 0 complaints. Staff are wonderful, including maintenance who responds quickly to requests. The complex has had some upgrades and staff are good at updating residents. 5/5

The rental office was VERY helpful & attentive throughout our move. The property grounds are very clean & there are a lot of amenities. When we moved in there was a broken window in the master BR but the guy came the next day & came to fix it.

Complex was nice when moved in 18 months ago but walls and floors are thin some if you get noisy rude neighbors next to or above you good luck management fails to address there issues. On the good if you have maintenance issues they to handle them quickly
Staff here are very nice and maintenance is quick to respond. That's all that I find valuable at the complex. Broken down cars take up space, unruly dogs, many pit bulls and offensive engines (apparently mufflerless) crack through mornings. The playground is tiny and barely used, same with dog area. Worst is the package delivery room, it's dank, dusty and tiny. Packages are lost and hidden from view. It's a creepy little area. If you are someone that appreciates broken down cars on your front lawn, then this place fits your bill.
I was astonished to read a negative review and thought I’d throw in my 2 cents. I’ve lived here for years. Office and maintenance are promptly responsive to any resident concerns. The grounds are extremely well kept. And as for the comment about noise… we’ve had few if any, problems with after hours noise. Day to day noise from neighbors above, below, or next door is within expected ranges. This is a wonderful place for single parents since the pool area is well kept, there are community socials, and the schools we are districted are good.

Where to begin? Overpriced for the space you get and they will charge you ANY way they can for ANYTHING they can. Terrible roach infestation problem and snakes on balcony and around building. The noise level is HORRIBLE. Do NOT live on first or second floor if you live here because you will hear basically everything above you, from walking to sex to alarm clocks! NOT a good place to live.
We love living in Cape Harbor. The staff are great and maintenance are always available whether short notice or in a timely manner. We love the location. Convenient to downtown and Wrightsville Beach. We have 2 small children and it is so nice to just be able to walk to Ogden park. We have already fulfilled 1 lease and recently signed another lease.

After selling a home, I wasnt sure about renting an apartment. I am really glad I chose this apartment complex. They offer so many small things that I appreciate including movie nights and resident dinners. My favorite was the wrapping station during Christmas that was right beside the package room which made Christmas presents super easy! Staff is always friendly and helpful when I need them. Rent is paid online which is awesome. I live in a 2 bedroom for a decent price. The location is great and convenient for my needs. Grounds are well taken care of. Reccomend!

We have been happy with Cape Harbor even before we got here. Their office staff was so cordial and helpful over the phone as we were arranging to move here from upstate NY. We have had excellent experience with the office and maintenance staff. Problems are always resolved quickly. We love the large green spaces as well as the close proximity to Ogden Park and the pond. Great place to walk, as the entire complex has sidewalks. Love our unusual floorplan, as it includes a den and a large laundre room, which doubles as extra storage space. I finally have a dedicated space for my art table and can leave everything set up and ready to use.
My experience at Cape Harbor has been very good. The location is excellent. The facility is quiet. People who live here are nice people. The mIntenance staff is wonderful. If they can’t fix something, they find someone who can. Thy have a walking path to Ogden Park Ogden Park is a great place to walk your dog. And they have a nice sized dog park. Cape Harbor also has a small dog park.
Just love the whole community, staff, neighbors, neighborhood. Clean, convenient, I am just so happy I left NJ for NC. My unit is right by a beautiful dog park, I thought my dog would have a tough time adjusting but honestly everyone has been so kind and helpful he thinks he's top dog. Lots of things to do, A pool, club house, tennis, volleyball, billiards, pond, access to Ogden Park, picnic and grilling areas and get togethers that make you really feel part of a community not just a renter.
The management is friendly and the maintenance crew is always helpful and on hand for fixes, but this apartment complex nickels and dimes you for everything. Each year we lived there, they'd raise the rent by $20-40 a month and when we finally left after 3 years, they charged us for not cleaning the appliances even though they were in the process of renovating and were throwing out the units anway. It was ridiculous, but this is really the only affordable complex in the Ogden area so they're definitely taking advantage of the market.
This is the perfect place to live in Wilmington, NC. It is an apartment but it is very private. The apartment has a laundry room which we put in our washer and dryer however if you choose to, there is a laundry room on the premise with plenty of machines. The amenities include a swimming pool and a clubhouse with a pool table. Very nice place to live.
