I have truly had a great experience thus far! The only thing I would say is to maybe fix up some amenities around, such as dog trash bins, drainage for first floor residents porch when it rains :)

It's been pretty good. Maintenance has been super helpful. The grounds are very well kept. It's nice to walk straight into Ogden park. The gym is clean.

I lovve living here at Cape Harbor. Neighbors are great and I enjoy sitting on my porch smoking my cigar and drinking my beer. We feel safe here, enjoy the pool, and any place we have to go to is fairly easy to get to

So far my experience at Cape Harbor has been a good one. The biggest plus has been the quick response to some maintenance issues I had upon move-in. The problems were resolved quickly and professionally. I also really like the secure package delivery system. My only complaint is the mandatory trash pickup program. I don’t like having to pay $30 a month for something I would be happy to do myself. Otherwise, I would be quick to recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in Wilmington.

Great location, very easy going to a lot of places. The new construction on hotel has brought many inconvenience. Noise, strange people walking around, Lane decreasing... It's hard to imagine how disturbing it is living here and working from home

Day one of moving in… Staff were extremely kind and sweet. Neighbors we pleasant. Complex was very well kept and neat. Move in was really easy and sufficient. Atmosphere is quiet, very very low key and private. Scenery is beautiful from the ponds to the trees outlay. So far loving it!

I love it here! It’s a renovated apartment, so it looks great and feels like new; I like the floor plan and how the space is well distributed, and it feels spacious. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and maintenance requests are usually taken care of quickly; The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is how sound travels between apartments. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors’ muffled conversation, or steps, or kitchen cabinets banging shut.

Could have been higher. But recently with all the rain the inside of the Apartment Main Bedroom's carpet is soaking wet. The water is actually coming up through the ground and through the floor. We now have to replace a file cabinet because of water damage.

Really pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the ease of moving in. The staff are very helpful and the maintenance crew are top notch. My only gripe is that there are too many speed bumps.

Absolutely love my neighbors and the complex. Pool is nice and clean. Maintenance couldn’t be better. Office staff is great. I will say I wish the park had a little more to it but park is nice for bigger children.

Can't beat the rental rate with the amenities offered. Plenty of parking. Could upgrade the gym more. Never used the pet amenities. Mailroom was nice and valet trash pick up.

Overall it's really good. Great location, right next to Odgen park and Lewis Farm. Can be really noisy sometimes. But it might change after the hotel opens

I have been here for going on 5 years. I am paying a huge amount of rent for a 2br. The office really doesn't want to go out of their way to make me want to stay after my lease is up in October. I guess 5 years as a good tennant doesn't account for anything with this company. A tad sad to realize you don't matter to them.

The apartment is super nice,plenty of parking, the clubhouse is cool I can't wait for summer to come around so I can enjoy the pool and grill

Moving in was a breeze. The staff is very nice. I’ve the location, very central to everything I need. The pool area is very nice, just recently updated.

Overall we like our apartment and have had no issues with the staff here! The grounds could be a little cleaner but other than that we don’t really have any complaints!

Love my apartment but it is cold...floors cold and extior walls cold. Windows are real drafty and the slider is as well. Other then that love my place.

Mgt was responsive to my requests and needs. They attempted to prepare the apartment quickly and repaired or replaced what was needed. Response was very quick.
