Been here more than 5 years now, still a great place to live! Started in a one bedroom, then upgraded to the two bedroom- next upgrade for me is the townhome!!
Pot holes in parking lot One single dumpster residents dont pick up dog poop especially in common areas Package theft Rude employees hardly offer any help
We’ve lived here for a little over two years now, and it’s been a fairly quiet and peaceful place to live. Management is very helpful and approachable. Easy to get a hold of when needed. This may not be a forever home for some, but it’s a great place to kick back and relax for awhile.
Nice area to live in. Kids got to go swimming in the pool a couple times this year. My kids loved going to the vending machine and getting something to drink especially monsters at a good price
We have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been great for us! The location is prime in St. Charles, and the front office crew are great! They communicate well, and address issues in a timely manner.
Overall my experience has been good. The apartments are nice and relatively quiet. Leasing office does ok at responding fast and helping out.
Anytime we’ve had a problem someone’s been there to help in a pretty timely manner. At one point our oven stopped working just out of nowhere and with in that same week they had it replaced, same thing with our toilet.
Really quiet and nice place great people….the workers are very nice and try to help as much as they can…I really doesn’t get out much but this place feels very homey to me
Everyone in the front office and maintenance is fantastic. However. The decision to scrap not 1, but 2 rollaway dumpsters was not smart. I get that there is profit involved but now you have an eyesore to deal with. That and an overflow of trash in apartments. Personally I have went to throw trash out and couldn't due to to massive amount already there. Yet we are threatened with fines if trash is left on our decks. You made this problem but want to penalize your residents for your decision? An extra dumpster eats into your profit by that much? What about future residents driving by that trash heap.....pretty sure that hits your bottom line more than 1 extra dumpster. Your call for now.
I love the thoughtful renovations, the warm welcome gift, and the friendly, welcoming staff and leasing agents. It feels like home already! I can truly tell that a lot of thought, hard work and dedication was put into the New designs, and renovations.
I loved it here. It has a nice green area, houses are neat and organised. Maintenance always came and fixed problems when requested. The apartment is near a lot of fun places.
I wish this place was in better shape. Everything was coated in sticky white paint and dirty when I moved in. Improvements and fixes always take a long time if they happen at all.
Great resident experience. We have lived here for almost 4 years now and it's great! Very friendly neighborhood and helpful staff. All in all a great place to live.
It's good here. Everyone is nice. There have been issues with communication and noiseyness in the complex. But that's probably anywhere. So far it's been great living here.
Its mid not bad but not great. the gate never works and the pool was green the majority of the summer. needs a basketball court or something to that nature that would make it a much better place to live

Staff always resolve your issue promptly and proactively. Have lots of parking space. And there is lot of nearby stores. It is directly connected to interstate highway 70 and at peaceful location

Spacious townhouse, good size bedrooms. Parking lot needs attention, multiple pot holes Balconies need to be redone, painted Maintenance is prompt
Amazing staff. I had a few issues in the beginning and everyone worked hard to make sure they were resolved and that I was taken care of. Great communication and quick responses
Very nice looking community. Lots of amenities. Safe for kids to ride their bikes or walk around. Love how it’s gated so it is even more safer.
Wonderful leasing staff, they put together welcome home baskets for both my cat and dog as well as some essentials for moving in.. toilet paper, trash bag, etc. beautiful old buildings that make it feel homey without being outdated.
They are great with getting problems fixed right away and management is very helpful. The pool is very clean, I just wish they had grills in the pool area.

It’s a quiet and great area the neighbors are very nice the leasing team is very nice they have things for the residents from Time to time and it feel great to know they really enjoy they residents
The experience has been mostly good. The process of renewing our less has been burdensome at every renewal though. It took three attempts of e signing the lease for me and my roommate before it went through.

I moved into this apartment on July 3rd, 2024 and I’ve had a pretty good experience living at Capital at St. Charles. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive, making me feel right at home. The apartment itself had a couple of problems when I moved in but the maintenance guy came to fix some of the issues the day I put in a ticket. The complex is conveniently located near Walmart and some restaurants, which has made my daily life easier. The price is quite high and although the management and location both are good, I would recommend you to check out other apartments and compare. I should’ve looked for cheaper apartments but it’s too late. I’m not too upset about it because of the experience I’ve had here so far. Overall, Capital at St. Charles has more pros than cons. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live with exceptional service.
the people in the office are great always so helpful and the maintenance here are exceptional they fix the things right away. its very peaceful here and the neighbors are respectful. The trees are all so beautiful and love the way they love our pets and always have a treat for them when you go to the office. I gave it 5 stars.
everyone here is so nice! i feel very welcomed in this nice little community. the staff are also extremely responsive and helpful! They are always checking in and making sure all of us are doing okay.
Residents aren't too friendly. Staff is helpful and friendly. As far as the apartment. It's good for a temporary situation but not ideal for a longer stay. Laundry room is 9 to 1 and there's only light fixtures for bathroom and kitchen. Definitely take the time to look over anything in the apartment and test everything before completing the checklist in the lease.
Me and my wife have been here for years we’ve loved growing here and watching the community here grow as well. We love all the get together the complex holds, we really appreciate all the pet friendly ones, and just how personable and welcoming eveyone is.
I give the capital so far 5 stars! They have been nothing but helpful! They even provided us with little move in kits with detergent and a trash bag and TP some last minute things we really needed! They also provided two packages with kitty toys and treats that our cats just love! Vince has been absolutely terrific to work with and they have been super understanding of our circumstances. We love our new home and look forward to spending many years here!
Live here for 5 years and have had no problems. Started out in an apartment then moved into a townhome. When something is broken maintenance is on the job. Office staff is very friendly.

I wish the gates where fixed and that the bottom floor porches where fully fenced. But other wise I love it here. The management team is great to work with.
Overall a great community to live in. Wonderful staff particularly Bryce. Limited parking spaces, no places to grill, and increases in rent prices are what drags this review down.

Love it! Light, airy and clean. the grounds are always well kept. Happy the pool is open. This is such a safe place to live, and I have good wholesome neighbors.

very satisfied for my first apartment makes sure i stay on top of things but never to harsh. couldn’t ask for a better first apartment community
It is not great living here. Everything is covered in sticky white paint. It was dirty when we moved in, most of the things here look to be falling apart. Whether it be damage to appliances or questionable structural integrity I would run for the hills.
I have not had any issues with the complex they have been beyond helpful and made me feel at home quickly. It’s peaceful and very nice. Grounds are always clean
