Property Ratings at Capital Club at Indian Land
I have been renting for many years at different properties and this is by far THE WORST! I’ve been here for 3 years and it just keeps getting worse. It’s a “gated community” where the gates have been “broken” for 3 years since they opened. They don’t take good care of the property. The garbage is always a mess, people Just dump outside of the dumpster and it’s disgusting. Parking is out of control - people park on the lawns, block emergency access roads. They do nothing about it. People don’t clean up after their dogs. They threaten to hold people accountable but clearly do not. This has been the worst year! They can’t keep staff. Office staff are useless and maintenance is non-existant in 2024. I can’t wait to get out of here at the end of the year. Run away, don’t walk if you’re considering this place!

I chose Capital Club for the impossible to beat amenities, large bedrooms, community vibe, and have been pleasantly surprised by their great team in Leasing and Maintenance! Morgan was super friendly and fun to work with, and has been a great help in making sure the move-in process went as smooth as possible. The Maintenance team is also quick to respond to requests and to complete the task. Loving it here so far!

Customer service is unfortunately a rarity these days. I am very happy to have found superior service with the staff Capital Club. When speaking to the manager, Amanda, she was very patient and took her time highlighting the property and area. Can’t wait to start the process!
I have been living here at Capital Club for over 3 years now. The new management is fantastic. I love the space of the complex for personal walks and walks with my dog. The amenities are great. I use the gym at least 5 times a week. They do a good job at keeping it clean and are very helpful when I need their help! The front office is so sweet. The recent activities and food trucks have been so much fun. I would highly recommend this complex!
This is a great apartment complex! The staff is amazing! The amenities are really great at the price point. There is a great clubhouse, community working area, two pools, entertainment area and kitchen and so much more! In addition, the complex is close to downtown Fort Mill and walking distance to so many restaurants and a movie theatre!
This property is great because it has something for everyone: if you work from home, there is personal office space to use, if you like to workout, there is a spacious fitness facility, if you are a dog lover woof woof, there's a self service pet grooming salon, two size dog parks and Property of poop stations throughout (just need to get some residents to pick up after their pet). We also have an art room and so much more! The property staff from office to maintenance are so very nice/respectful & helpful!!! Thank you Katy, Jennifer, Mallory, Derriick, Milik, Philip for all your hard work!!! My husband & I are retired (refired) and we tried a 55+ community but felt it was not active enough, here @ Capital Club, we are amongst the land of the living and living well!!!
These are great apartments. The management here is always helpful, though I feel they could use an additional person. The amenities are great as well. You’re close to everything but far enough back from the road to where it’s peaceful.
Looks nice but beware extra costs. Everything "not" as advertised. Webste - "Gated" Community. Gates have not "worked" in 7 months. Rent increase at renewal. Office staff are pleasant, but powerless. Beware Additional Automatic Fees. 1. Pet Rent Fee 2. Their own Rental Insurance Fee 3. Administrative Fees 4. Valet Garbage Fees 5. Pest Control Fee 6. Garage Fees 7. Seperate Water Billing Fee 8. Water Fees 9. Sewer Fees 10. Optional - Parcel Service Fees There is no dog grooming service where you "never have to leave the community". Self service dog wash is not cleaned, maintained. Enlist a professional cleaning sevice to sanitize the dog bath area. Package room is not well maintained, but added Cameras? Dog Park many lights not working, Safety issue. Understandingly, it is difficult to enforce dog owners picking up after their dogs, but it's the Management Company's responsibility to Enforce AND to put an Alternative Service in place to clean up & maintain a santitary & safe environment for residents.

Hands down the worst apartment management experience I’ve had in 12 years of renting. - the office staff will occasionally respond to emails, only if it’s not work for them - we get charged fines for things we did not do, even after explaining that we did not - construction is very poor. Our building was completed less than a year ago and already has cracks in the ceiling and walls. Our stair case is uneven, painting is poor, etc. It may look nice from far away, but when you get up close, it’s just look and no actual quality - after putting in several requests for maintenance to fix our leaking toilet, after countless towels and constantly trying to keep the issue under control by myself, they finally helped when I sent them a picture of a MUSHROOM that was growing out of the WALL from the problem We’ve considered terminating our lease early just to be done with it, but it’s several thousands of dollars to do so, and we don’t want to reward them with unearned money just to get out of our lease with them. Run far and tell your friends.
