Property Ratings at Capital View Apartments
Right off the highway which makes it convenient to go to and from work as well as any running errands. Management has been pretty good since I moved in - not much issues there. Gym is probably the best I've seen compared to any other apartments I've toured.
It has been a great move for me as I relocated from the east coast. Good location near the highway and a Target/Aldi.
I will gladly say that noise transfer has not been an issue here compared to my other apartments. It's peaceful and quiet the majority of the time. Target and Aldi are blocks away so shopping is easy for me. Parking is a bit tight if you work late but I just pay for an assigned underground spot (best money spent ever in the winter). Recommend this place if you are looking for an apartment that's nice and lowkey. My unit faces the highway and noise is surprisingly not an issue at all.
The staff makes living here so easy. Are you going to be gone for the weekend and have a big package coming? The leasing office will literally hold your package or put it in your unit at your request. They have carts that you can use to carry all of your groceries/shopping items. This is my third apartment and this has the most friendly community by far. I used to go with other residents to the dog park frequently but stopped because of COVID-19 (they still have their own dog park though). Overall would 100% recommend it. Also, check if they are running specials!! My neighbor got an insane promotion in the fall!!
The community was wonderful when I moved in. I got offered so much help from other residents and was greeted with many smiles and welcomes. The staff were very accommodating as well! My apartment was immaculate and looked exactly look the pictures. The gym is the best i've seen in any apartment. Highly recommend!
Office staff were so accommodating with everything from move-in to move-out. They go above and beyond for all their tenants to have an enjoyable experience here. They kept the building clean and addressed maintenance request quickly. Also, they had Airbnbs you can rent out for family/friends that visit you.
