Poor management
Pretty good apartment but management is very unprofessional. It says you need to be 62 or disabled, I was disabled when I applied but was turned down because I wasn't 62. Now live here and I would say 50% are not within the age requirement I was told. Management is most likely not in office at posted times and will not assist with anything if it is after 2 in the afternoon or a weekend. Halls are very hot and carpet isn't cleaned very often. I try to avoid an activities they pull together because of rudness of staff. Many suggestions for residents on free food, activities etc... are ignored and not posted or put in news letter.
