I stayed at Carriage House Apartments for a couple of months, and it was such a great experience! The place was cozy, clean, and the staff was always super friendly and quick to respond if I needed anything. It’s in a convenient location, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. I have lived at Capri Apartments for almost 3 years now and the new owners and management have done an amazing job cleaning this place up. They have remodeled most of the apartments, have security cameras up and it's a quiet place to live now. I've not had any problems whatsoever! The managers are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you.

Today is my one year living here at the Capri Apartments and really love it here. The staff are really nice and treat you with a lot of respect. As for maintenance, they are really quick with the service request, the job gets done the first time and very friendly. Getting ready to sign another year. I seriously recommend this apartments.

I think Capri is amazing, the staff are always friendly and every time I see them they awlays have a smile on their face. The Maintenance men are usually promo and speeding on any work orders I have. I would recommend everyone to live in this community. The community residents are friendly and always looking out for each other. I’ve live here for 8 years and I couldn’t imagine moving. Although the crime rate is high, it’s pretty low in this area This place is like home and I have some of the best neighbors. If you want to live in a nice community, with friendly staff and speedy maintenance men Capri Apartments is the place to live. Where walking in the office they make you feel like family from the get go!!

I stayed there while I was working on a project at the Big River Steel Mill. It was great for what I needed. Office and Maintenance staff were very helpful.

Not a tone of options in Blytheville but this is by far the best. Great office staff and pool.
