Be aware
The Landlord tried to make me sign a 2yr lease here, and when I told him I only wanted 1yr, he gone tell me my rent may go up then. That’s the silliest thing I ever heard in my life. This place ain’t even worth rent… if you live here you mind as well live in a trash dump. Roaches and mice are extremely bad here throughout the year… and trash is always piled up all around the building. I wouldn’t even rate this filth 1 star if I could.

Horrible Place to Live
This is the worst apartment ever. Nothing gets fixed, there are roaches. The sink leaks in the kitchen, the sink and tub in the bathroom are always stopped up. There are broken windows in every apartment, there are no fire detectors in the apartment. Maintenance never comes to fix any problem. The property manager never returns phone calls or checks on the tenants.
