I've been in it for 15 years, it needs some up dating I still like it.

It is in a nice location, near the Cove. I have a nice Patio ,and it is not too far to the Crescent Park Carousel, and the dock. Shopping isn't very far and we have nice Restaurants in the area. I like sitting near the water and reading, it is very relaxing.
