Property Ratings at Carbon 550
Location is great! The building itself is well maintained. Management is responsive and does a great job of creating a community with engaging events (loved the gift wrapping event during the holidays!) Quiet tenants and very clean.
The units are nice and fairly priced. Management is very responsive. One of Carbon 550’s biggest strengths is that it’s within walking distance to several major downtown employers and event spaces.
Right in the heart of downton, but it feels like a peaceful oasis. The unit has really high ceilings and great light, super nice finishes and a balcony. The heated garage is also huge for winter.
The property is clean, really well maintained, and the units have great high ceilings, bright windows, and balconies. Really nice vibe. The property manager was really helpful with my move-in logistics and has generally been really responsive if something comes up.
I recently moved in to Carbon 550 (and into Des Moines) and have been really happy with my choice. The location is perfect for me, the building is super clean and units are bright and airy. The building mgmt has been really kind and helpful so far.
Great location, Property manager on site. Everything one could want next to the YMCA.
