Very interesting experience with this community. I setup a tour late May 2023 and the leasing associate was very nice and had only been working there for a few days , she was not the property manager. I submitted my application the lease an apartment. One week later, when I hadn’t heard anything I called to find out why it was taking so long (each community has their on way of application processing) and left a voicemail, didn’t receive a return call, tried again a couple days later, left another voicemail, still no return call, sent an email with no response. Finally, at week number two I sent an email to cancel my application and they cancelled it within a couple hours. The only way I knew they had cancelled I had to login to see it. I have never received any communication other than an automated reply to fill a survey after my tour. Will be interesting to see if they reply to this review.

The breezeways and sidewalks are not kept clean, you can hear violent fights between neighbors, the trash and recycling area is not maintained well, and the smell of pot is everywhere. Not a nice place for the amount of rent.

This apartment is very nice and on the ground. This l requested, not a stair climber. What l love most is the location and convenience for shopping, drug stores and close to my church.

Lovely apartments and great place to live. Amenities are nice and staff is friendly. Only issue is the community wifi could be better described upfront. We did not realize that there is no hardwire connections in the apartment and that had put a strain on upload/download speeds for internet service while working from home.

We moved in mid-September from Vermont. We couldn’t be happier. The rooms are very spacious. Management and maintenance are super friendly, helpful and competent. Looking forward to spending our life in a warmer climate, and close to world renowned healthcare at nearby Duke University Hospital.

I would not recommend this place to anyone- ESPECIALLY PEOPLE WITH PETS. I lived there for two years. I paid an initial pet fee and monthly pet rent, but 2 months after moving out they charged me almost $600 for carpet replacement. I've never experienced this with any other apartment I lived in with my dog. Please know that you could be charged with unforeseen pet damage after you move out and after paying hundreds for upfront pet fees.

We never chargeback for normal wear and tear, however, pet urine throughout is not considered normal wear and tear even with the necessary upfront pet fees and pet rent paid. I am very pleased with the office personnel. They are very professional, always willing to assist when needed. Liz is the best Office Mgr In the 9 years I have been here. Love that they are always planning nice things for the community. Maintenance work is always completed in a timely manner. I have never had to call Maintenance back or waited for a long period of time before someone showed up to perform the requested work. I really like my apartment. It is a good size two bedroom. The neighbors in our building are very nice and thoughtful. It seems like the people in our building are a good match which is nice. My only concern is that we need another dumpster because they both fill up so fast that trash is all out side of the dumpsters. I would suggest that another dumpster be placed towards the back for those apartments.

I struck GOLD when I found Carden Place! The location is superb, the grounds are impeccable, and the office staff is AMAZING! I came to relocate to Mebane, and I had a list of properties to visit but after my tour I IMMEDIATELY realized that this is home. The layout of my apartment is spacious and you can tell that Greystar takes great pride in their property. I am immensely pleased and I dont plan to leave any time soon.

My initial contact at Carden Place was Liz and since we were relocating from out of state she went out of her way to provide a video tour of the apartment. The location is probably Carden Places best amenity as its 20 min from Durham or Chapel Hill. Youre also only 2.5 hours from the mountains or the beach which is a big plus.
