Property Ratings at Cardinal Apartments
Gail has been amazing managing Cardinal Townhomes! Anytime I have reached out she has been quick to respond!
Mrs. Gail has been awesome! From the time I have applied to the time I moved in has been an awesome experience!
A close relative has been living at Cardinal for the past four years. Management has consistently made an effort to communicate and take care of any maintenance issues. We are blessed to have a place to call home.
So far it has been a joy to experience winter and fall at this residence. I enjoy every aspect of my home including the spacious areas. My days get better and better with a close laundry care unit and lawn care provided.
Horrible, not properly maintained, things are broken inside and outside. The side walk isent even wheelchair usable with all the cracks and chunks missing in it. The back patios are a joke. The management I would have to say is the worst I've ever had to deal with. Rude and disrespectful every single time I've spoken to her.
I have lived at cardinal for several years now and the one thing i love the most is how peaceful it is. Is quite and everyone does thier own thing. All the neighbors really stick to themselves so fighting amoung residents hasnt been a problem. And yes of course you always have those nosey neighbors that put themselves into problems they dont know the whole story to or even half but i will say the office is great at getting to the bottom of any problem and really helps toward finding the best solution to fit everyones needs. I do feel like the park could use a upgrade and the buildings could use a facelift but thats all minor things. Pest control comes frequently and maintiance has never been a issue. I will also say that we are in middle of everything so getting to were you need to go is never a issue. I would most definitly recommend cardinal to anyone it really is that nice.
I'll start by saying it's not a bad place to live.Maintenance is always prompt and the grounds are kept nice.Although the management(at another location,we don't have any management on site here)must have forgot about us in the spring because the grass got a foot high. The reason i gave this place a one star is as follows, they allow unregistered people to live here. The neighbors moved a guy in from out of state,no vehicle, came in on a bus, just hangs around the apartment all day. He has been here for almost 3 months now. We finally figured out he wasn't just here for a visit so we told the office about him. The manager made a few calls to the neighbor and she said that it was a relative from out of state and he would be gone by the weekend. She said that the neighbor told her he had only been here two weeks. Weekend comes and goes and the next Thursday there the guy is standing outside smoking. We called again and obviously the manager didn't care because she emailed us and said," if you feel threatened by this guy please call the police". Now on apts.com website under Hawthorne at Main(where the management office is located),they tell a visitor concerned about his grandma that any visitor that has been there for more than two weeks must register with the office. So if you move here just beware of your surroundings because there are probably some people with lengthy criminal records living around you. Also forgot to mention that vehicles have been broken into twice.
