Candice and Kevin really turned this place around! Everything is remodeled! Everyone is very nice. I definitely recommend looking to move here!

The easiest moving experience I have had. I was impressed by the customer service from my initial call through my lease signing. Great property, it's always clean and has cameras in the parking lots which is always good.

The staff here is great. Never before have I lived somewhere where the staff is pleasant to talk to. They take care of business here. I've been living here since 2020 and it's been great. They allow pets which is awesome and the deposit isn't a lot either. All units are updated so everything is new. Very quiet and decent neighbors. I had 0 problems since I've moved in. The leasing lady Candace is great. She'll help you out in any way she can to make sure you're doing good. By far one of the best places I e lived at and I've lived in a lot of places. If you have a chance don't miss the opportunity to come see one of the units. They have one and two bedrooms here.

I moved into CardinalM park shortly before they took over for the previous owners… I am amazed on how quickly they turned things around. The property manager Candice has went above and beyond to make sure all of my requests were taken care of in an extremely timely manner. I can honestly say I have never met a property manager that has made me feel like they actually care about my well-being like she does. If I need help with anything, or something needs fixed they are on it in a flash. I have never lived anywhere that I have felt this comfortable and safe knowing that maintenance will be there in a flash. Kevin always greets with a smile and answers any questions I have thoroughly. I feel at home here, and I don’t think I have ever felt like that in any apartment I’ve lived in for the last 20 years . I just renewed my lease for another year. I highly recommend Cardinal M Park ..

I’ve resided here since sep 2021 , i got a beautiful newly remodeled unit. gorgeous inside, on top of that management couldn’t be any greater! Candice & Kevin are always on it , and get back to you soooo quick if there is a issue , anything i need & he’s there to fix it if ever needed. any info i need and candice is your girl. awesome nice back yard for your pets and there is a grill too! laundry also on site , will deff be renewing!

I was familiar with the area prior to living here but the location of M Cardinal Park allows you to get the most out of the area (schools and shopping very close). One of my favorite things about this place is the staff who I have become close to. The leasing manager has the most professional, warm and quick communication I have experienced in a living experience. The maintenance man is so kind and helpful and he along with the leasing manager have gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. My unit is clean and updated and I love the color scheme. I would recommend to others

Maintenence is pretty fast with anything that needs repairs. Management is pretty good as well. They have on-site laundry rooms. They allow pets. They have dog stations for dogs. They have places to plant flowers too. It's next to everything. And has laketran stops nearby for people who can't drive.

What my apartment looked before was terrible and with the remodel it is nicer to live in

I have lived here for about 6 months and I have nothing but good things to say about it. Candice in management is so nice and considerate with any needs or accommodations that you have. Kevin in maintenance is very nice and helpful with any service issues that may arise. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone.

The property manager, Candice at M Cardinal Park Apartments is awesome, for the excellent job of security, maintenance and upkeep, on task with disputes and issues that arise with tenants on property. Ive lived here at Cardinal M. Park Apts. for over 17 years now. Ive never seen a better Manangement team than this place has right now Things get fixed in a timely manner and done properly. Candice and Kevin are two of the nicest people you want to meet. I see Kevin rain or shine out every morning picking up around the dumpsters as well as the rest of the property. In the summer monthes the lawn is kept trimed and neat. they even got the people who own dogs to pick up after themselves, Most of them anyway! overall this has become a much nicer place to live. Do too the professional Management team the owners hired. Ive seen Bad here, and now we have an excelent one.

My review that the manager who run the property here she is a very nice lady she make sure that everything done right here if some people come to her for help when she have time of her busy day. This for the Maintence guy he is very nice man to keep the property clean when some people call ask for him to fix something in there units when he have a frees times out of his busy day he will let people know when done doing work and that is a good worker.

Anybody thinking about applying I highly recommend it. Not only is this complex in a great shopping area, but everybody here is very kind. My neighbors and staff included. The maintenance team and the leasing manager are always available when needed. My apartment is also very updated and cute!

there is mold in the walls,repairs are just [band-aided},floors have vary soft spots ,and i can look next to my tub and see downstairs.
