I recently went to tour this place and yikes. Everything was going OKAY at first. 2 employees working the front, I spoke to the lady, she asked questions and I answered-all was well until this couple came in to also take a tour. She noticed the couple and sent me on a self-guided tour...keep in mind I scheduled a guided one. I thought it was kinda rude/insulting but I did the tour anyways. I go tour the place and it was complete trashed! Trying to give this place benefit of the doubt i thought"it's okay, I can clean it" b/c I was genuinely thinking of moving here! I go out to the porch area and open the storage closet...it is COVERED in mold-I wish i could upload pics here! I go back to the leasing office after the "tour" and I walk into my ID just laying on the table for anyone to take. I asks the guy who is also working where she is and he said "she's on a tour with a couple, if you have any questions just call later-heres your ID" as he talking with another customer. I hand him the bundle of keys the lady gave me and leave. I was insulted b/c she gave that couple a better experience than me and idk if its b/c she thought they would sign a lease that day or what but to think I was actually planning on moving here..what a joke!

Pest infested as well as unknown things enter apartment behind kitchen appliances. In my team living here I’ve experienced pest , mold , valet trash issues. Things are promised but not followed through with. issues from previous management are be put on tenant when it’s obvious the old management is the reason for all the mistakes.
Okay, so I moved here 7 months ago. Third floor apartment for less of a chance of getting roaches. What did I get instead? Moths. Thousands. Moth Larvae in my bathroom all over. Like crawling worms. It started as a couple about 2 months in and now I’m infested. I have pest control come every week but it makes almost zero difference. I’ve had to learn to live with it and just kill them when I can. Planning to bug bomb it myself here soon. Besides the bugs, the area is nice. I like the layout and it’s not that bad with crime. I’ve felt pretty safe. But the bugs keep me restless.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of residing in the Caribbean Breeze apartment complex, and I must say that my overall impression of the management and staff is far from satisfactory. Throughout my last year of tenancy and the subsequent move-out process, I encountered numerous issues that highlighted the unprofessionalism, unreliability, and unaccountability of the management. One of the most frustrating things dealing with Caribbean Breeze was the inconsistent and contradictory responses provided by the staff. It seemed that depending on whom I spoke to, I would receive entirely different answers to my inquiries. This lack of consistency left me feeling confused and frustrated, as I was never sure which information to trust or rely upon. -The overall level of professionalism exhibited by the staff was severely lacking. There were instances where I would reach out to them with important inquiries or issues, only to be met with delayed responses or, in some cases, no response at all. It is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional to be left in the dark and feel ignored when seeking assistance or clarification on matters related to my living arrangements. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes or shortcomings, they often deflected blame or offered half-hearted apologies without any meaningful action to rectify the situation. -The management's handling of the move-out process was incredibly disappointing. To my surprise, I discovered that someone unknown and incorrectly labeled as a representative of the apartment complex conducting a walkthrough of my unit. When I raised my concerns regarding this invasion of privacy, the management attempted to dismiss it as a mere mistake. This dismissive attitude towards a clear violation of my privacy left me feeling deeply unsettled and violated. As a resident still living in the apartment, I found it deeply distressing to have strangers wandering through my home without any proper explanation or accountability from the management. This lack of regard for tenant privacy and security is simply unacceptable. Overall, my experience with the Caribbean Breeze apartment complex has been nothing but unprofessionalism, unreliability, and a severe lack of accountability. I strongly advise prospective residents to thoroughly consider these factors before choosing to reside at Caribbean Breeze.

Everything seems ok until you move in. The offices stops answering calls , trash compactor breaks weekly but they expect you to still pay for valet trash that you are partially receiving. They charge late fees even when it’s a mistake on their end and they can’t be “waived”. Maintenance request go unanswered for weeks. You basically have to hunt them down in the office . My apartment was missing things that were on back order for months. Awful place to be can’t wait to move

Its mold everywhere and all they do is paint over it. It's roach infested and overcharged for these apartments. You pay extra for valet just for the guy to sometimes dont come at all. Don't waste your time the longer you here the longer you'll see how rundown this place is.

I have lived here for four years now, and for the most part it has been a pleasant experience but now I'm ready to go. First of all, for as much wonderful work as the maintenance team does, I believe they are overworked and can't possibly keep up with the excessive work orders, and maintenance orders there are. The new management team is not really doing what they need to. The trash situation is deplorable and unhealthy. It has to be breaking some type of health code violation. I feel sorry for people who have kids and pets, because they're exposed to this filth. For whatever reason, for the past several years all of our back gates have been inaccessible. Someone had the not-so-bright idea of putting up recycling bins along one back gate, that of course, people are just using as extra trash cans. It looks horrific and serves no purpose. The audacity this installation has to charge almost 2,000 a month to live here is laughable. Even the leasing office which used to be clean, and smelled fresh looks messy and always smells foul.
From the appliances, cabinets,screen room to the staff. This place is a run down roach motel. I moved in to a disaster! My bad luck because I could only see my apartment via virtual tour. I requested a tour of the actual apartment. That is not what I moved into! 3 different color appliances! Roach in my bathroom tub, screen door falling apart. My cabinets and drawer are awful and don't close. My car was towed and all of this in my first 24 hrs. The office does not care and will do nothing for you!!This place is a nightmare!

I went in to apply for an apartment and Diana was the one who helped me with EVERYTHING. Amazing place to live. From the time you drive into the complex, the view is beautiful. With 3 pools, gym, tanning salon, and BBQ pit area. If you're a pet owner you can appreciate how they accept our four legged family members. With no pet restriction or breed restrictions with a small dog park within the community. They often have movie nights, food truck rallies, tenant appreciation, and goodies given at the gate on certain times of the month. My family has lived here over a year and it's a safe gated community.
This apartment complex is close to everything including USF. Reasonable rent, helpful staff, and prompt attention from maintenance of needed. Quiet and friendly neighbors and plenty of parking. Two pools, two Jacuzzi, a nice fitness area and a beautiful barbecue area . frequent activities for residents.
I have stayed here since 2013. The rent office staff are friendly and helpful which was very important for me. I had to call maintenence twice the entire time I've stayed here, and they came quickly and fixed the problem. There are a lot of college students but it's a quite atmosphere which was important for me as well. The only problem I have is the water is cut off often for whatever reason. The rent office does give advanced notice, however, it's still an inconvenience.
Resort style living within 5 minutes of university of south Florida in north Tampa. One of two apartment complexes I could bring my pitbull with me to. If you are a dog person this is the place to be. Lots of dog owners and plenty of areas to walk them. They have a dog park with a shower for the dogs. Only suggestion would be that it was grass instead of wood chips but my dog still gets to run around. 3 large swimming pools, club house with a pool table. Laundry center and fitness center. Quiet gated community and I am enjoying living here so far. I'd recommend it if you have dogs
I moved here 9 years ago with my Ex from Citrus Park. We both worked in the area and commuted. We were on the way to Hunters Green one day and ended up in the right turn only lane into the St Croix driveway. As we drove in to turn around we were immediately impressed by the beautiful grounds. 2 ponds with an outdoor swing, table and seating areas, with ducks and turtles chillin on the rocks. It was like a Disney Cartoon! con's - the appliances that are not in upgraded unites are dated. the cabinets are small and there is not a lot of storage for food. if your not on the top floor it can be noisy with people walking, music and slamming doors but no more than most places. dogs and their pooping can be obnoxious when they do not pick up especially because we allow big breeds here! so thats the only negatives.... which honestly compared to everywhere else.. this is not a bad list :) pro's - the staff are pretty exceptional and if they get snippy, CALL THEM ON IT sometimes they don't notice and they react to it. the grounds are amazing and i genuinely mean that. pool table is not common and we have one. 2 kidney pools and 1 huge cross pool, 2 hot tubs. we have sand volley ball, a turtle pond and a really impressive fitness center that is not only big but well equipped and pretty popular which makes it social. we have great parking, landscaping, buildings are well maintained, its gated, maintenance are responsive 24/7 and one of them has been there the whole time and become almost a second mom! we host game nights, movie nights, snack days and my personal favorite we host FOOD TRUCK RALLY! I have never lived in a place that checks all the boxes on a wish list. My favorite amenity is VALET TRASH!!!! I do think it is over-priced. They call it "market rent" but I think they need to understand their apartments are not that great on their own. But what DOES make it worth it is its location, its 100% safe, the staff and grounds. It does feel like a family and community. They have a facebook page and well, I wish they had bigger apartments and options. So if you have questions or want a referral I would give it without reservation. This place is work the look. I have been here 9 years in the same apartment. affordable and well maintained with a car wash area
I love this apartment. I have lived here for two years. The staff are friendly and professional from the maintenance team to the front office staff. Maintenance requests are answered and resolved quickly. The complex is well maintained. I am always seeing fresh landscaping, maintenance, and cleaning work happening. Inside the apartment, the appliances all work well and (if you get the upgraded kitchen) modern. Verizon Fios is available here and they will offer significant deals since it is already installed in the apartments. My biggest complaint is the cabinetry, specifically the drawers. They run on one central track above the drawer and constantly fall out of the track or even breaks the wheel that runs in the track. The design does not allow for heavier things like utensils because the heavier weight will pull the drawer down when it's pulled out which puts stress on the track, and makes it difficult to push back in if it does not break. Overall, my wife and I are very happy here. I would recommended this apartment to family and friends.
