For those who enjoy feeling like a kid again, there's no better neighborhood than Anaheim Resort. The area has it all -- Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, the Honda Center, the Angel Stadium, the City National Grove, Anaheim Garden Walk, Great Wolf Lodge, and a variety of shops, restaurants, and theaters. Add in some of the world's best beaches only 15 miles away, and this Anaheim neighborhood is the place for fun and sun.
Anaheim Resort starts roughly along West Ball Road and extends south to Garden Grove Boulevard. The western edge follows West Street while the Santa Ana River is located along the eastern side. The Outlets at Orange provide terrific shops as well as Dave & Buster's and an AMC theater. Since it caters to tourists and there are a wide variety of hotels in the area, Anaheim Resort is very walkable. It also offers its own mass transit with ART (Anaheim Resort Transport).

Property Ratings at Caribbean Cove
This apartment complex is the worst of the worst when it comes to slums, pest control is constantly there doing there job but unit after unit is infested and is a hazard to maintain by the looks of it, I wouldn't live there if I was paid. Aside from roaches it houses drug users which management allows and like the roache problem does nothing about. Do better for yourself and find a cleaner roach free environment!!!

I don’t understand. The app says listings are regularly updated everyday and it says the studio apartment xxx available. However, dilemma starts when you contact them. I was directed to the website by the leasing office to fill out the application, then I couldn’t really navigate the website and then I called back to get some assistance, all of a sudden the apartment that was available an hour ago was no longer available. Perhaps that’s for the best after reading all the reviews…

Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any inconvenience you encountered when applying for our apartments. We encourage you to please reach out to our community manager at caribbeancove@legacypartners.com. We look forward to assisting you!
I contacted this property and Jonathan replied to me informing they had a 1bed available for rent and directed me to their website to apply. When I couldn’t find the listing on their website, I asked Jonathan for assistance. He replied by saying there were no available apartments. I found that strange since he just told me there was one two hours earlier. Later that same day I found the available apartment listing on their website and began applying for it. Mid application I was greeted with an error message and was prompted to contact management. When I reached out to Jonathan again to help me bypass the error message so I could complete my application, his reply was to literally copy and paste his second email from before stating there was no available apartments. I don’t understand why he would blatantly lie like that. I literally could see the available apartment listing and was in the middle of applying for it. If you’re a prospective tenant, I advise you to avoid this place to save the headache, and from the other reviews on here it seems I’ve dodged a bullet.

Run. Do not rent from here. There are a ton of different options in this price range, save yourself the horror that is this apartment complex. I’ve lived here for 2 years and did not have a positive experience. It’s dirty, they don’t clean the apartment complex. There’s always bugs and roaches crawling around. The apartment itself, they paint over the cabinets and drawers to the point where nothing closes or it’s impossible to open. You also have to rent a fridge which is wack. Maintenance? Nonexistent. IF they show up to complete your request, they won’t even fully do the work correctly. Parking? Good luck not knowing if you’ll be able to even park in the structure. And if you do, be aware that your car will get broken into because this place js not secure at all. And if you let the office know about it, they won’t do a thing about it. The employees will not answer calls or emails so if you need help, you’re on your own. And for the security deposit, go ahead and assume you won’t be seeing that money ever again. They’ll charge you insane pet fees when you don’t even have pets. Happy renting!

Came in for a self guided tour and walked into a tenant living in a unit. I was rushed off by the staff when I told them about the error. They didn't even apologize. Dont rent here. They won't respect you.

There is little maintenance done at these apartments. I’ve lived her for 6 months and things haven’t gotten better. No one picks up after there dogs. The parking garage is littered with trash and filth. I’ve seen questionable stains on the walls in the hallways. Neighbors litter their balconies and their trash falls into our porch. WAY OVER PRICED for such a dirty environment. Security here does NOT do their jobs. There is either loud music playing paste curfew or people shooting off fireworks from parking garage. I’m looking to move out of here ASAP.

I'm still current resident. I just want to let you know that the laundry situation here is horrible. I'm living here almost a year and most of the time all washers and dryers don't work. You can say something in the leasing office but nobody cares about it. I guess they don't live here so why they would.
I've lived here for 1 year and it's been overall a good experience. The sink does get clogged often but it's easy fixing. There is also always parking even if u have to park at the top of the structure, however people leave their trash all over the parking structure. My main complaint will be the kitchen cabinet storage space. Half my kitchen appliances have remained in a box from when I moved in because there is little to no cabinet space whatsoever. It is a studio however, but it's quite ridiculous. Again overall it's been a good stay, close to pretty much anything with a bar in walking distance. Also, my cat enjoys the balcony view. If she's happy, I suppose I'm happy.
I've lived here for awhile, and it's just okay. I am looking to move asap because I'm honestly sick of living in a box. I refuse to get any sort of dog here because of the size of my apartment. It's honestly like living in a dorm room because everyone's apartment is so close you can hear everything anyone is saying or doing. 1. My sinks are always clogged, at least once a month. 2. Be aware of bugs. Ive had HUGE spiders, HUGE roaches, constant gnats, flies, rats outside, and even maggots..... 3. Elevator is always shutting down which is a safety violation or health violation for those that are handicapped. So if you need a reliable place that has a reliable elevator, do not move here. It constantly breaks down. 4. Management is super nice but the constant issues with the place makes living here HARD and frustrating.
I have lived here for a year. There was ample parking and a nice apartment lay out. I love the office staff. Kristen and Tonya are AMAZING. Water issues are resolved quick. It feels like you are living in your own little oasis away from the city once inside the apartment gates. I only give my review 4 stars because in the last 2 months trash has been everywhere in the parking area. The tenants leave it willy nilly and no one picks it up. I neighbor in building 3 leaves it out in the hall like they live in a hotel. I am actually surprised there aren't roaches. Sincerely, Suzanne Parrish
If you are single and don't really care for what the place looks like or smells like, YOU ARE FINE. However otherwise I wouldn't recommend it. Always smells of pot (great place to party). Always smells like animal urine (Pet friendly). Building repairs get done half way (Bachelor pad). Not expensive, probably from the lack of repairs and upkeep (money saver). Gated entry is out of service 20% of the times, year around (great for loiters and trespassers). Oh and leaky roof everywhere, when it rains (free yellow water). Move in NOW. Save money and get out. All the best.
Great apartment complex for students, and bachelors ! Nice amenities and close to freeways, stores and DISNEYLAND!!!
Caribbean Cove is tucked away behind a line of hotels along Harbor Boulevard. As of this review, the majority of the residents in this complex are Disneyland Cast Members or Annual Passholders. The buildings themselves are three stories tall. Apartment types vary from studios and 1-2 bedrooms with 1-2 bathrooms with central air. It is a gated community with a pool, spa, gym, and relief areas for pets. Did I mention that the apartment is pet friendly? Parking permits are required to use the structure with the first two cars being free (any additional car permit costs extra). As far as rent goes, Caribbean Cove is one of the cheapest apartments within a two mile radius of Disneyland. The after hours maintenance team is responsive of all out of the ordinary mishaps and security constantly patrols the perimeter throughout the night. Caribbean Cove is definitely not a luxury apartment. However, it is a cheap alternative within close proximity of a major theme park.
I've been living at the residence for 6 years or so. It's been a good place to live. Close to shopping and restaurants. Disneyland is close by. I walk everyday to Disneyland (currently work there) so it saves me on gas money.
